?Alfa est un nom qui résonne dans le ventre comme un écho dans une grande grotte. Qui ne connaît pas cet emblème de Longueuil ? « Trop de fromage » est une phrase que je n'ai jamais entendue de ma vie. Aujourd'hui, c'est le cheat day ultime en protéines & en fromage.

?C'est un restaurant rapide où l'exécution ressemble à une danse bien chorégraphiée. Que ce soit pour un pit stop durant le magasinage ou pour un dîner rapide sur la job, c'est la place idéale.

?La poutine est la reine du menu, c'est une certitude, & c'est la raison principale de nos détours vers le Alfa. Entre sa sauce cochonne & délicieuse & sa montagne de fromage en grains ultra frais, on est au paradis. Mais le reste ne donne pas sa place : les burgers sont savoureux, les hot-dogs sont excellents & le sandwich au smoke meat est tout aussi remarquable.
