Been coming to this place for more than 20 years & will make a detour to come here. In my opinion, best poutine there is in Montreal, the service is fast, food is fresh & quantities are generous. I don't think I've ever seen them measure the curd cheese here for their poutine!!;
When there a lineup, it goes fast, always plenty of very nice staff behind the counter!
Love this place soooo much!!!

Nous y sommes allés suite au bouche à oreille & la réputation de la poutine.
C'est vrai que la poutine est bonne, grosse quantité & bcp de fromage. Mais pas la meilleure de Longueuil à notre avis.
Hamburger & hot dog très bons aussi.
Le service est impeccable, personnel souriant & accueillant.
Petit plus en été: la terrasse extérieure!

J'ai entendu dire que c'était l'une des meilleures poutines du Québec, & franchement, elle est à la hauteur des attentes ! Je la classe facilement dans mon Top 3. Pour tous ceux qui veulent goûter une vraie poutine authentique, c'est l'adresse à ne pas manquer.

I've been going to this restaurant 1-2x a week for the past couple of months & I'm sick & tired of their inconsistency.

I take my orders to go as I live 15 minutes away & I had to drive back because my food was inedible TWICE in the last 3 weeks.

The first time, one of the employees put about an inch of relish on my burger, making it a soggy mess. The second time, my burger was raw (the entire inside of the patty was pink).

The first time, the employee (blonde ladie, maybe a manager) offered me a refund & a new burger, I declined the refund since mistakes can happen & they were very apologetic.

The second time, they just made me a new burger without offering me a refund (different employee this time) I would have actually taken a refund this time because I was very pissed off. But hey, I guess I should be grateful that I got a new burger with my (now cold) poutine, & having wasted an hour driving back & forth. Especially for $25.

How does a restaurant get away with being this inconsistent?
When the food is good, it's great, but it's subpar 20% of the time, & 5-10% of the time it's inedible. For this price point, this is absolutely unacceptable.

They lost me as a customer.
