Première visite hier. Beaucoup entendu parler. 40 minutes en auto aller-retour pour y aller. & ça vaut le coup. J'adore la poutine, mais j'avais cessé d'en manger, trouvant que la majorité des restaurants ne savent pas la cuisiner. Trop de sel, pas assez de sel. Pas assez de fromage, fromage décongelé, trop froid, ou pas frais qui ne fait pas qwick-qwick, ou pire, de la mozzarella. Sauce brune sans saveur. Frites trop cuites. Alors que celle du Alfa HotDog est digne de faire la Une d'un magazine international. Du genre à y inviter un ami d'un autre pays qui souhaite goûter à ce plat emblématique de chez nous. J'ai l'habitude de commander ma poutine avec un extra fromage. Au Alfa on m'a dit: « Pas besoin, il y en a suffisamment. » Ah bon?!? Eh bien c'est vrai. Il y en a beaucoup, il est frais du jour, & il fait qwick-qwick. & que dire de son secret : la sauce. Si on peut dire que la sauce BigMac a fait de McDo & de son burger la chaîne qu'on connait, la sauce de la poutine de chez Alfa est rien de moins qu'exceptionnelle C'est incontestablement la meilleure poutine que j'ai jamais mangée, même pas proche.

Tres proche de chez nous se trouve le meilleur resto alfa de longueuil son sous-marin est excellent la aussi travaille un ami a moi le chef d equipe paez & sa niese.

Je suis allé un dimanche, le patron est en congé & ça paraît. Patate tiède, hot dog froid, j'ai demandé un smoke meat maigre & mince, il était maigre mais tranché très épaisse. Ça faisait longtemps que je n'était pas allé, maintenant j'irai ailleurs donner mon argent.

Cantine Alfa à Longueuil, ça vaut vraiment le détour!

La poutine est incroyable : frites avec une texture parfaite, fromage généreux & sauce absolument délicieuse. Le rapport qualité-prix est difficile à battre, surtout avec des portions aussi généreuses.

& gros point positif pour le service : rapide, efficace & super sympathique. On sent la vraie cantine québécoise où ça roule & où les clients sont bien servis.

Excellente poutine, excellent service & prix imbattable. Une adresse que je recommande sans hésiter! 👌
