Overall, reviews portray Al-Taib Boulangerie as a dependable spot for pizza and Lebanese fare with a broad, affordable menu, open late and a clean, welcoming space. The pizza and zaatar manakish are frequently praised for flavor, and the freshly baked bread and garlic sauce are noted as standout touches, with a buffet by weight offering good value. Friendly, attentive staff and a warm atmosphere contribute to a sense of welcome, and halal options along with a wide range of vegetables and salads are highlighted. The place is described as a staple for students and locals alike, with a reputation for consistent quality at reasonable prices. Some comments mention changes in taste over the years and recent price increases, and a few visits report sporadic service or consistency issues, though these notes are outweighed by overall satisfaction. The array of items, from pizza and zaatar to poutine and other snacks, and the option to eat in a quiet upstairs area, are cited as strengths, making it a go-to choice for those seeking hearty, reliable meals well into the night.
This is where I go to eat my favorite poutine! The food is delicious & the employees are nice. They have a nice, quiet dining area on the second floor. Thank you!
Pretty quick. Open 24 hours!
In & out, Food weighed by the gram from buffet counter. Excellent selection.
. In over 100 meals there, never had upset stomach. Delicious. The bread, they offer free with meals +ask for it. ( if right out of their oven is amazing!)
Tables up stairs are functional, hard chairs. . Granite topped counter on ground is nice, but too high. I'm average hgt...& on their high stools,- my toes were dangling 3' off the floor. Prices up since last year.
The best best best man2ushe in town !! The exact taste as in Lebanon. Will come back for sure!!! 😮?💨🤌🏼 i recommend everything (+ so good they open 24/24)

I've been coming to Al-Taib for the past two years as it's always been a go to spot because of its affordability & being on campus plus the staff is very friendly. But I was really disappointed today by the price increase. A plate from the hot bar used to cost me around $9-$11, maybe $13-$14 if I was getting a lot. Today, my plate came out to $19 with tip, & it didn't even leave me full.
The food has always been decent for the price, but at $19 for the big plate (& $15 for the small one), it just isn't worth it anymore, especially when the chicken & rice were dry & cold. It seems like another affordable staple slipped away😔
Al Taib has a friendly atmosphere, great service, & super affordable, delicious food. The staff are kind & welcoming, making every visit a great experience. Highly recommend!
