Notre restaurant japonais préféré! Service chaleureux, sushis très originaux & bien présentés.

Very pretty new location. Service was slow (looked like they were short staffed). Dragon ears were delicious. Should have ordered individual rolls instead of the set sushi for 2 which was just ok.

OMG! This restaurant definitely needs more stars then 5.... It's a 10 stars 😊❤️. Renee & David are the best in the world. Customer service 10/10 & they are so pleasant & accommodating & so attentionate. We love that place & go every time we are in the area. I recommend to anyone this restaurant. Aikawa is the BEST sushi place, you will never be disappointed. Enjoy!! ❤️❤️

THE best sushi in the West Island. We have been going there for years & the quality of the food & the service are always great
Host was nice, one waiter don’t look too friendly, no smiles, just serious face but he did refill my glass when needed..that’s a good sign..
luckily my waitress was more friendly & nice! She recommended we take the “besame mucho” & sushi sashimi which was the lunch hour special menu..most of the stuffs on platter was raw..it’s what sushi is about anyways..I’m not used to eating lots of raw pieces LOL..it was quite an experience too! Also, the sushi pieces which was deep fried..it was overdone..like it was fried multiple times..super dry..it didn’t feel like it was fresh..as if it was leftovers..🙁
Recommended for sushi lovers here..pretty nice atmosphere here too.

Our server Renee was excellent as usual. Always love Aikawa & being greeted warmly. The food is superior, best sushi, in our opinion, anywhere. THX

It was my first time & I found the sushi & sashimi to be very fresh & artfully arranged. Nice ambiance & great service.

This is our go to sushi place. The food is always fresh & delicious, there is something for everyone's taste, we don't feel crowded by the tables nearby & the service is pleasant. Thanks!

Très bon restaurant!
Nous avons reçu un excellent service & des repas délicieux, autant pour les sushis que pour les teriyaki.
Un spécial merci à Renée pour sa bonne humeur & son service toujours efficace!

Excellent food & the best service. Everyone on staff was friendly & welcoming & the sushi especially the sashimi was beyond fresh.

My favourite sushi place in the West Island. The service is top notch & the new place is truly beautiful.

Yesterday ,i tried Aikawa restaurant. I got sick few hours later after eating only one bite of sashimi, & I didn't know it is made of raw meat either. It was my first time trying Japanese food . My girlfriend ordered sushi & she told me that it was very ordinary, comparing other sushi restaurants like "Kyomi " in Lasalle. They did not have a good service either. Maybe we were new to their restaurant & they had just 2 waitresses., as I saw one waitress was dedicated to a table beside us that were 4 old customers. I think this restaurant is overrated. I don't recommend them at all.

Aikawa is by far the best sushi restaurant we have experienced. We love the ambience of the restaurant. The new restaurant feels more intimate & although it was very busy the evening we were there, the design allows for easy conversation. The staff are always professional, polite & welcoming. The quality of the food is unsurpassed. It is our go to restaurant for special occasions.

Best sushi place in West Island of Montreal by far. So fresh & specialty sushi are one of a kind. New location with great ambiance however this restaurant has been a gem for decades.

As usual we only order from the chefs specialities & as always Great sushi. Despite the high quality there are a few items to note. The atmosphere is not as pleasant at the new location. The increase in pricing is unjustifiably considerable when the new location attracts more & new clients as well as paying lesser rent! For the first time one of our guests had the pleasure of finding a large fish scale in her portion of the shared meal.
