Don't stress about taking turns-there's no real system. If the person making the sandwiches knows someone who came & ordered after you, even though you were waiting first, they'll still give your sandwich to them-especially if it's the same order as yours. I ordered a kafta sandwich, & was really looking forward to try it for the first time, expecting to have hummus in the sandwich. After I left, I found out they forgot to add hummus or maybe they gave me someone else's order. Guy who is handling the sandwiches, his head is not in the game.
