I really enjoy coming here for the excellent breakfast choices. One thing that consistently stands out is the fruit-it is always incredibly fresh, flavorful, & high-quality, which can be hard to find at breakfast joints.
?The only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that the coffee is just average. It's fine, but it doesn't quite live up to the high standard of the food. Still, for a fresh & delicious morning meal, this is definitely my go-to spot!
I ordered the Colosse #3 from the early breakfast menu & overall had a great experience. Everything was fresh, tasty, & well prepared-eggs were perfectly done (sunny side), the potatoes were well seasoned, & the crepe came with generous strawberries & cream. The plate also included sausage, crispy bacon, & brown bread, making it a very satisfying & great-value meal at $14.99.
My colleague ordered a savory crepe & enjoyed it just as much. The portions were generous, & overall the food quality really stood out. I would definitely come back when I'm in the area.
The only area for improvement would be the coffee. It tasted a bit watered down, & it was consistent across both cups. A well-brewed coffee would really elevate an otherwise excellent breakfast experience.
Overall, a great spot for breakfast with delicious food-just hoping the coffee can match the quality of the dishes next time!

First time having breakfast in this place, & I loved it. It's very packed; I can see why. Food is delicious, service is good, I like the decoration & the price is very reasonable. I would recommend it.
They redefined is a breakfast restaurant should be. Very good food, impeccable service. The only thing I could say is that the coffee cups are on the small side.
Edit: have to take it down two stars because the last few times I went, the portions were smaller & the quality overall was lacking. Also, not sure why breakfast restaurants are fond of high ceilings, it makes the place so noisy, we can't hear ourselves talk most of the time.
Very nice, loved the decor & the waitress was very nice. The fruits on our plates were so good, pretty unusual to have quality ones these days in breakfast places in my opinion. We recommended the restaurant to our friends.
Recently discovered & its one of the best places for breakfast in my opinion! Big portions (& tasty), plus the place is clean & pretty. Would definitely go back!
A hidden gem for breakfast lovers!
I had an amazing experience at AM Breakfast. The food was fresh, flavorful, & beautifully presented. The portions were generous & the coffee was just what I needed to start the day right. The staff were friendly & welcoming, & the service was quick without feeling rushed. The cozy atmosphere makes it a perfect spot for a casual brunch or catching up with friends. Highly recommend.
They make the best crepes in a variety of delicious ways! The plates are very generous, & the price is pretty reasonable for what you get. The service is sometimes slow, but considering the shortage of staff & the volume of customers, the servers are always pleasant & do their best to make you happy. It's a beautiful place, but when it's really full, it can be a little noisey. All in all, it's my favorite breakfast/brunch/lunch place! I'm a big fan!

I had to lowered my first review, i would've give less than 3 star but my girlfriend order was still good, not as good as fist time but still.
The first time we came it was on a week day the service & food were on point. The Eggs giant & sushi breakfast (egg whites) were really good.
We came back on the weekend. There were not a lot of other costumers, it was early Saturday (before 8 am). The service was slow, only came to serve more coffee when we were already done eating & ready to leave. My girlfriend had the same thing she had the first time without the beans & creton & was still good. I had The avocado toast, spinach, tomatoes & red onions. The only good thing on my plate were the fruit & the potatoes. Everything was placed as if it was only 1 slice of bread under. It all fell apart when I tried to take the first'toast'. For the'Toast' i didn't even felt like it was toasted at all. At first I tough it was because the avocado was almost ice cold & that made the bread soggy, but I checked the second bread & it wasn't event brown.
After exploring every breakfast & brunch spot in Brossard, we've unanimously crowned this restaurant as **The Best**! Here's why:

Busy breakfast place next to Champlain Mall. There are a lot of choices, so everyone in your party will have something to eat, & plates are beautifully decorated. Come early to avoid a lineup, but even with one the wait is a short one. The decor is fresh & pleasing to the eye.
The food is always excellent, the menu is similar to most breakfast restaurants but every option seems a little bit more elevated. The only downside is that it is always very loud in there.
Breakfast was generally good & the restaurant was clean. The waiters were a bit slow. The table they took the order after us was served before us, which caused us to wait a bit
We had the pleasure of enjoying breakfast at this restaurant, & it was absolutely fantastic! Food which we ordered was fresh, flavorful, & perfectly prepared-truly delicious from start to finish. The prices were incredibly reasonable, especially considering the quality of the food. To top it off, the service was excellent. Our waitress was quick, attentive, & made sure we had everything we needed without ever feeling rushed. Highly recommend this spot for a great start to your day!
