I really enjoy coming here for the excellent breakfast choices. One thing that consistently stands out is the fruit-it is always incredibly fresh, flavorful, & high-quality, which can be hard to find at breakfast joints.
?The only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that the coffee is just average. It's fine, but it doesn't quite live up to the high standard of the food. Still, for a fresh & delicious morning meal, this is definitely my go-to spot!
I ordered the Colosse #3 from the early breakfast menu & overall had a great experience. Everything was fresh, tasty, & well prepared-eggs were perfectly done (sunny side), the potatoes were well seasoned, & the crepe came with generous strawberries & cream. The plate also included sausage, crispy bacon, & brown bread, making it a very satisfying & great-value meal at $14.99.
My colleague ordered a savory crepe & enjoyed it just as much. The portions were generous, & overall the food quality really stood out. I would definitely come back when I'm in the area.
The only area for improvement would be the coffee. It tasted a bit watered down, & it was consistent across both cups. A well-brewed coffee would really elevate an otherwise excellent breakfast experience.
Overall, a great spot for breakfast with delicious food-just hoping the coffee can match the quality of the dishes next time!

Brunch place is nice. Their dishes usually come with coffee or tea, & a bowl of fruits at times. There's an early bird menu in case you come early. & it's less pricey, but limited in choices.
They redefined is a breakfast restaurant should be. Very good food, impeccable service. The only thing I could say is that the coffee cups are on the small side.
I dislike the entrance & parking there. Don't go after 13:15, felt the waitresses there don't want to serve us with our requested table. The surrounding is great with sufficient light. Remember to order each a dish if not regular coffee is not for free even though I ordered Latte👎. Will not go there anymore.

🔹Montreal eggs Benedict ~ Taste great & outlook is good for photo with cupful of fruits 👍

A hidden gem for breakfast lovers!
I had an amazing experience at AM Breakfast. The food was fresh, flavorful, & beautifully presented. The portions were generous & the coffee was just what I needed to start the day right. The staff were friendly & welcoming, & the service was quick without feeling rushed. The cozy atmosphere makes it a perfect spot for a casual brunch or catching up with friends. Highly recommend.
I had to lowered my first review, i would've give less than 3 star but my girlfriend order was still good, not as good as fist time but still.
The first time we came it was on a week day the service & food were on point. The Eggs giant & sushi breakfast (egg whites) were really good.
We came back on the weekend. There were not a lot of other costumers, it was early Saturday (before 8 am). The service was slow, only came to serve more coffee when we were already done eating & ready to leave. My girlfriend had the same thing she had the first time without the beans & creton & was still good. I had The avocado toast, spinach, tomatoes & red onions. The only good thing on my plate were the fruit & the potatoes. Everything was placed as if it was only 1 slice of bread under. It all fell apart when I tried to take the first'toast'. For the'Toast' i didn't even felt like it was toasted at all. At first I tough it was because the avocado was almost ice cold & that made the bread soggy, but I checked the second bread & it wasn't event brown.

We had a great experience at this brunch place! The eggs Benedict was rich, hearty, & very filling - definitely satisfying for a brunch meal. We paired it with black coffee, which was decent but a bit mild for our taste; it could have been stronger. The wait time was about 20 minutes, which is expected since they operate on a walk-in basis. Overall, the atmosphere was lively, the food was excellent, & it's worth the wait if you're in the mood for a solid brunch. A strong 4-star experience!
Service was super long. Took at least 15 min to get a cup of coffee, our waiter never refilled, never asked if we needed anything, my son didnt get syrup for his french toast. I asked for the bill it took 10 minutes & another 5 at least to come back with the pay machine. The waiter was also adding these little donuts to some of the plates instead of the kitchen doing it which grossed us out as he didn't wash his hands before doing it. We have been here a few times before & it was much better but maybe they are short staffed now. If they don't improve we won't go back.
Very good selection of breakfasts & good food. They're very understaffed, leading to long delays to order, never asked if all was to our liking, getting no refills, having to ask twice for the bill... We spilled some coffee on the table & were told that since it's our table, we had to clean it up ourselves with a towel they gave us. This place has so much potential. It's a shame for the good food to be ruined by bad service.
Great brunch, awesome portion & taste. Will definitely return for more. The only thing that could be improved on is the service.. the waiter seems to get distracted a lot. We were waiting for our coffee to be refilled for a long time & when he was finally going to pour us some, he got distracted & left without pouring us any. The same thing happened when we were waiting for the machine to pay the bill.
One of the best brunches (at a restaurant) that I've ever had. The egg benedict was perfect. The hollandaise was smooth & creamy, but just thick enough to coat the spoon. The eggs we're done just right. The meals included a good variety of ripe fruit & a coffee. The portions are decent. For certain meals, they put the fruit in a separate bowl to prevent them from getting warm, which is rare at breakfast places & something that is appreciated. Our waitress was very welcoming & was bilingual. They seemed to know the menu pretty well too as they helped some people from our group choose something to their liking. Elegant clean modern decor, but somehow cozy like an American diner at the same time. We sat near the kitchen so perhaps that's why. Seats we're comfortable & provide the perfect amount of leg room. From the waiting area, to our table, everything was clean (toilets too).
Came here on a Saturday morning to have an early breakfast with the family. We ordered 2 Géant breakfasts': they were decent although were missing the Fève aux lards. We realized too late unfortunately, so did not make a fuss but was unfortunate nonetheless. & then, the waiter asks if we wanted maple whether is be "fresh" or table syrup without mentioning there would be a price difference between both options: as if we would know this off the bat. We didn't end up using them & told him so & he says "well take them since they're already on your bill". All to say. In short, the waiter was not nice nor professional. He never refilled our coffees, brought us waters mid way through our breakfast although having asked prior to ordering, did not mention price differences when offering the different maple syrups nor came to make sure we were ok until we asked for the bill. Unfortunately we will not be going back

This was the first time we visited this new breakfast place. The service seemed confused & were given 1 coffee over a 45 minute period with no refills. This seemed odd as we were located next to the bar & entry & wait staff was milling about. My husband ordered The Traditional, a bacon & egg plate & was asked if he would like regular or "campagne" toast. He chose the latter only to discover at the bill an 80 cent upcharge fee. The head's up would have been appreciated. I had the cheddar & bacon crepe with bacon marmelade. The crepe was delicious but unfortunately, the marmalade was burned so the flavour overwhelmed the deliciousness of everything else. We'll try this in a few months again to see if opening wrinkles can be ironed out. For now, disappointing.
