recommend(20) cafe(20) decor(13) decoration(12) crepe(12) drink(10) coffee(10) salad(10) options(10) breakfast(10) vibe(8) lunch(8)This cafe is so nice. The ambiance is welcoming & eclectic. They also have a menu full of options & everything looks so good. On my visit I only got the frozen mocha but I plan on trying some of their food soon. They give you a buzzer to pick up your items & the wait wasn't long for 2 drinks. About 5 minutes. I recommend visiting during non peak hours as the best seats will get picked up fast.
5 Senses Restaurant has a lively boho vibe & a surprising amount of space-it's so much bigger on the inside! (Dr who wink) The music & ambiance are wonderful, & the art & greenery throughout the space add charm. I loved the windows & plants setup! However, once you step inside from the windows & entryway, the decor feels like walking into a museum-while that sounds fun in theory, you don't want to eat somewhere tasting ancient & dusty. So it personally didn't work as a restaurant for me. The crowded, thrift-store aesthetic, with busy ceilings & dusty hangings, felt misplaced & detracted from the dining experience. A cleaner, more cohesive look would better suit the space. Came with my girlfriends for Girl Brunch & the circular table helped us in sitting together & spilling tea. Also, has comfortable sofa couch seating that is really comfy, makes you want to stay longer, & gossip. The food was delicious, with generous portions i highly appreciate. Unfortunately, the staff was inattentive, with slow service & frequent forgetfulness. Whether it was a takeaway box, a glass of water, the bill, or even a bag, we had to repeatedly ask for the same things, which was frustrating. The aesthetic & seating made our Girl Brunch enjoyable for conversation & bonding, but the overall experience was let down by the poor service. Food: 5/5 (no complaints) Pricing: 3/5 Atmosphere: 3/5 Staff: 2/5 This place has potential but needs to refine its service & aesthetics to truly deliver the great dining experience its name suggests.
parfait pour se poser & bosser ou y retrouver quelques amis autour d'un bon café !
I'd give it a 2.5/5. First of all, they're understaffed. Staff is clearly overwhelmed. Service was not good-slow & not welcoming, didn't even clean the tables. I ordered pasta & it was way below what I excepted. Their market style is a nice one, though.
Restaurant qui ne paie pas de mine de l'extérieur mais très sympathique à l'intérieur. Serveuse très gentille. Bonne cuisine, fait maison. Les prix sont abordables. La décoration est super mignonne.
The menu is huge. It's very cozy in there gets kinda busy on a Sunday night. The service was a slow but the food was really good, definitely recommend the fish & chips. I would go back when it's not as busy.
Came here for Christmas day Brunch & the place is Packed! Really great ambiance & the food quality is great also, has comfortable sofa couch seating that is really comfy, makes you want to stay longer, we ordered the Shukshuka & the vegetarian plate (Nouveau Plat Vegan) which has curry, avocado, quinoa, eggplant & it's really tasty, We also ordered these 2 seasonal fruit teas they made at the counter (forgot what they are called) but they are really good. We also ordered the Tiramisu cake & it is also delicious & crusty. The decor is emotionally comfortable, with a lot of green plants throughout the space, with cute hanging airplanes & blimp on the ceiling the staff are really friendly & it's just a really great little gem beside the Great Christmas Market. Absolutely will come back again next time, A+++
Pior crepe que eu comi. Demorou e chegou frio. O ambiente é agradável.
Such an amazing place! We had egg Benedict, it was literally perfect.
Beau endroit avec une ambiance tranquille pour discuter, étudier, etc
Food & drinks were great & the staff was really outstanding. Spent a lovely time there!
Endroit sympa, belle ambiance , nourriture correcte ! Cadre très sympa !!
We ordered two plates at this counter service restaurant. They asked ahead of time for a tip & I could not regret leaving one more, the total for two plates with tax & tip was about 64 dollars. As with most counter service restaurants, we got a buzzer which rings to call you to pick up your food when it's ready. After multiple people received their food who were behind us in line we went up to ask when ours would come, & eventually my partner's chicken katsu was ready about 25 minutes after ordering. 15 minutes after that I went to ask about my plate. It was sitting next to the cash register, & had been prepared wrong, so I had to wait another 5 minutes after that. So we ate at two different times, & I had to wait about 45 minutes for my kebabs, & they never rang us. We went on the weekend, & it seems that if you want your food in a timely manner, you should order a sandwich or brunch. They were clearly having an issue getting out regular plates. Also there was no toilet paper or paper towel in the bathroom. 2 stars instead of 1 because the food was fine, not great but certainly edible. If you're thinking of going I recommend taking cash, not tipping at the register, & waiting to see how the service goes before deciding how much you want to leave, & if you go on the weekend order brunch food or a sandwich.
We truly enjoyed this café, atmosphere is unique, eggs benedict were incredible & very tasty. Recommend a lot!
I really wanted to try the food in this restaurant, but unfortunately I was disappointed. The food was OK, but drinks was horrible. Coffee & matcha taste like a water. I requested all drinks without sugar, but dirty chai impossible to drink ( taste just like sugar). Not worth the money unfortunately.
