I was surprised to see this place, because I had probably passed it maybe a thousand times. Their panini (Van Gogh) are delicious. It's a lovely environment full of art & decorations. Workers are kind, & I totally recommend it.
Second visit* Disappointed with my experience, Van Gogh panino was small & it was 17$, the taste was not the same as before.
Very misleading menu… i ordered a crepe that i thought came with both chicken & beef because theres no sign on the menu & when i ordered it the cashier didnt even ask me if i wanted one or the other.. & this is what i got… there was 2 pieces of beef & just lettuce & when i went back to see if i can either get it replaced or reimbursed, i was told the manager is too busy to come talk to an unhappy client & that she doesnt allow reimbursements even though they were wrong(the cashier told me this) i feel like i got scammed out of my money & i felt even bad for the cashier because this isn't even her responsibility & was very obviously used so the manager doesn't actually have to do their job.. Absolutely disgusting behaviour from the manager & very misleading menu i dont recommend this place to ANYONE honestly its not worth it.(edit: the manager came out when the waitress was remaking my food( i couldn't get reimbursed so i atleast wanted to replace it) & i tried to explain to her that the menu is very misleading & that i feel like she should've came out & spoke to me instead of her employee being the messenger, & she was very rude , she proceeded to tell me well if You didn't want beef you shouldn't have ordered it :reminder I thought it came with both because that is what the menu indicates & the waitress did not ask me if i wanted one or the other when i ordered & paid so my assumption that it came with both was validated. The manager then gets in a argument with me because i was expressing her my dissatisfaction as a client & was met with horrible customer service , dismissive & very dishonest behaviour)

absolutely disgusting i felt sick after eating.
they took more than an hour for a simple crepes even tho they were nobody is the shop. I don't recommend at all even tho the spot is visually pretty. The food wasn't cooked it wasn't good quality food..
This place was pretty, but I wouldn't recommend & won't come back.
The photo is showing what $70 ($80 with tip) worth of food (plus a $4.50 drip coffee not on the photo) gets you there.
The $12 soups were pretty good (but $12!!) & the $17 paninis tasted… well pretty much how they look.
You are in Montreal, you can find better food for a fraction of the price.
I've been here on the Ukraine's Independence Day 2025 & it's actually a magical place. The atmosphere is unbeatable, there is so many decorations, big choice from all around the world 🌎🫶 I highly recommend to visit - for sure will come back :)
& the prices were casual for such a place!!
Very good restauration, very good service & the workers are very communicative, the music is perfect, not too loud & not too low. The menu is very fancy with too much choice. Tbh i would recommend this very much.

I would come here for lunch. The food is great, & the atmosphere has a great ambiance. Back in the day some time ago their ordering system was defective which sometimes resulted in long wait times, but I believe it has been fixed.
This cute place is tucked away in the bustling city center! Great location & the food is good, with amazing prices for downtown. Would recommend for folks looking for a chill place to read a book or catch up with friends before hitting downtown. The staff is friendly too!
This cafe is so nice. The ambiance is welcoming & eclectic. They also have a menu full of options & everything looks so good. On my visit I only got the frozen mocha but I plan on trying some of their food soon. They give you a buzzer to pick up your items & the wait wasn't long for 2 drinks. About 5 minutes. I recommend visiting during non peak hours as the best seats will get picked up fast.

The menu is huge. It's very cozy in there gets kinda busy on a Sunday night. The service was a slow but the food was really good, definitely recommend the fish & chips. I would go back when it's not as busy.
We ordered two plates at this counter service restaurant. They asked ahead of time for a tip & I could not regret leaving one more, the total for two plates with tax & tip was about 64 dollars. As with most counter service restaurants, we got a buzzer which rings to call you to pick up your food when it's ready. After multiple people received their food who were behind us in line we went up to ask when ours would come, & eventually my partner's chicken katsu was ready about 25 minutes after ordering. 15 minutes after that I went to ask about my plate. It was sitting next to the cash register, & had been prepared wrong, so I had to wait another 5 minutes after that. So we ate at two different times, & I had to wait about 45 minutes for my kebabs, & they never rang us. We went on the weekend, & it seems that if you want your food in a timely manner, you should order a sandwich or brunch. They were clearly having an issue getting out regular plates. Also there was no toilet paper or paper towel in the bathroom. 2 stars instead of 1 because the food was fine, not great but certainly edible. If you're thinking of going I recommend taking cash, not tipping at the register, & waiting to see how the service goes before deciding how much you want to leave, & if you go on the weekend order brunch food or a sandwich.
J'ai visité ce restaurant le lundi 21 octobre, & j'en garde un très bon souvenir. J'ai apprécié la diversité des plats proposés. La nourriture était non seulement délicieuse, mais aussi servie en portions généreuses. Mention spéciale pour le décor intérieur, que j'ai trouvé vraiment charmant & accueillant. Je recommande vivement ce restaurant !
very nice place! we often go here with family & friends. i like the big menu, never get tired of it. always fresh cakes, kids love honey cake. the girls at the checkout smile, always cheer you up & help you choose. i recommend going for lunch, my choice is pancakes with salmon & poke!
