Ce n'est plus comme avant:

J'attends depuis fin 2024 que mon beigne préféré revient. C'était le'Strawberry Cheesecake' je pense (peut être j'ai même oublié le nom, mais pas le goût) & à chaque fois je demande si on l'aura de nouveau mais ils n'ont aucune idée...
Mais la vraie raison de cet avis est que c'est la quatrième fois que je demande pour du café filtre & que leur réponse c'est que'la machine est brisée'. Ça fait presque un mois déjà !

the cashier didn't let us know flat white didn't come with iced option but barista was nice enough to remake a latte. They also didn't have decaf beans. We went on July 1st on the hotest day but the cafe was really hot which caused all the frosting on our donuts to melt. The kid made a big mess from the frosting😕

J'ai pris un beigne au caramel salé & l'ai trouvé ordinaire. Pour le prix, c'est décevant. Ne goûtait même pas le caramel. La saveur était artificielle. Je connais d'autres endroits à Montréal offrant de bien meilleurs beignes. Je ne l'ai pas tout mangé tellement il n'était pas bon. Les tables étaient sales & le service chaotique à l'heure du lunch. Je ne reviendrai pas.

Decent spot but they were sold out of a major portion of their menu pretty early on. Basically everything our entire party intended to order was out. We managed to get some alternatives we were ok with. The drinks were good.

The place is beautiful, very spacious, & has a welcoming atmosphere. The breakfasts we saw being served looked incredible, so we'll definitely come back another time to give them a try.
On this visit, we came specifically for the donuts. The presentation is lovely, & they certainly look as good as they do in the photos. However, at least the ones we chose didn't quite live up to our expectations. They were good, but after seeing how amazing they looked & hearing so many positive reviews, we were expecting a bit more in terms of flavor.
That being said, we still enjoyed the experience & would love to come back to try other items on the menu, especially the breakfast options.

Le bon: la nourriture, spécialement le Doug lorsque bien fait.

Le moins bon: demandez un chocolat extra chaud & recevez littéralement tiède. Pas tiède chaud, tiède froid. Raison de la barista:' je peux pas le faire plus chaud, ça brûlera le lait.' avec attitude désobligeante en bonus. C'est arrivé 2 fois.

2e enjeu, je comprends que c'est dur à calculer, mais la quantité de sauce (pour le sandwich Doug) varie énormément d'un cook à l'autre. La dernière fois, il y en avait pratiquement pas, alors le goût était fade.

C'est pas des gros enjeux, mais c'est le genre d'irritants qui fait qu'on ne veux plus revenir ici... si seulement ils n'avaient pas un des meilleur sandwich déjeuné en ville, lorsqu'il est bien fait!
