Nothing was like Orchidée de Chine, an institution. But the cooking staff came back to 31 latitude. The best general tao in the city. Awesome sesame beef. The peanut butter anything is amazing. & the Mongolian Beef is so tender & delicious.

The food was ok. But,Unfortunately the spring rolls were super hot outside & after 2 bites it was frozen inside. They said they will not charge us. They did. Also they took few of the ordered spring rolls back to the kitchen. So it is not only we paid for something frozen, but also we did not have back the food... disappointed.

Looks very nice, less of a diner or a posh looking place & more of nice restaurant if you know what i mean. Food was excellent, the owner is mostly the one helping out with everything & serves some hot & nicely cooked food. No complaints, even the rice is yummy.

We dined at 31 Lattitude last evening, & it was truly a magnificent experience. Unlike many Chinese restaurants, the menu here is thoughtfully curated, offering a smaller yet refined selection that makes choosing both simple & exciting. From the appetizers through to the main course, each dish was a delight-beautifully prepared, flavorful, & memorable. Combined with the restaurant's elegant atmosphere & outstanding service, the entire evening was exceptional. I highly recommend 31 Longitude for anyone seeking fine cuisine in a welcoming setting.
