From the appetizers through to the main course, each dish was a delight-beautifully prepared, flavorful, & memorable. Combined with the restaurant's elegant atmosphere & outstanding service, the entire evening was exceptional. I highly recommend 31 Longitude for anyone seeking fine cuisine in a welcoming setting.

Côté cuisine, c'est un véritable délice. Les côtes de porc sucrées & aigres étaient parfaitement équilibrées, le riz frit était savoureux & bien assaisonné, le toast de crevettes était d'une croquant parfaite.
