3 Brasseurs was a bustling place, but unfortunately, the service didn't match the energy. We were on time for our reservation & despite being seated promptly, we waited an inordinate amount of time for our orders to be taken. Once they were, the wait for our food was even longer. Same thing for our drink orders. We were there for two & a half hours & were served to drinks with the second coming over an hour & a half after the first. Our beer mugs sat empty nearly most of the time we were there. It was not the servers fault either. Our waitress had been assigned to too many tables & it showed. When we went to look for her, she either wasn't around or was dealing with a disgruntled customer at another table. I also understand that as a server, if you're getting slammed, you don't want to go up to a table of ten people & get more work to do. We were there from 5 to 7:30 on a Thursday & it seemed like most of the staff began appearing on the floor at 6:30. When the food finally arrived, the dishes were decent. The fish & chips were ok. The beef siders were good. Poutine was good. There were ten of us & each person's response when asked about their meal was that it was just ok. This may have been because drink glasses were empty, we were missing cutlery, no condiments were offered, no "is everything ok?". While the atmosphere was lively, the overall experience was three stars because of the disorganized service.
Good spot on busy St Catherine's Street. Inviting summer decks on the side & the front of the building which is a great spot to enjoy a cold drink & enjoy the sites. Food comes out quickly & turn around time is high. Enjoyed my visit here on a busy Friday summer evening.

I didn't have food but the drinks were delicious!!! I had the "Iris" cocktail, I usually mix it up & try a few but ended up having these all night along with a few shots of tequila. The bill wasn't even as bad as I had thought. The waitress was really nice & kept our drinks full all night!
Always busy. I like to seat at the bar to observe the people having fun, talking & laughing. I love the beer but I've been drinking so much, need to slow down. Hahaha. The food is good, I love the nachos when they're not over cooked...kinda burnt. The service is slow but I comprehend cause there're so many people to attend !! 3 Brasseurs is my favorite bar in Montréal...all of them.
Showed up on race night & was seated at the bar per our request. Gabby was on it! She was quick & had attention to detail. Great experience! Food & drinks were amazing! Good find!

I have been a frequent customer since August 2023 & the beer, drinks, wine & food have definitely been spectacular but what I have loved the most & I have even fallen in love with this bar is the wonderful attention of all the workers starting with the hostess, security, kitchen staff & bar staff, they have been spectacular with the best service I have received in all of Quebec 3 Brasseurs McGill It has the best workers especially my friends Gaby, Azad, Gloria & Blanche
J’y suis allé avec un groupe pour dîner. Burger sans goût sauf le fromage kraft, frites extrêmement trop cuite qui goûtent seulement le brûlé. Drink pas tres bon ( pas une bière mais un cocktail).
Définitivement je n’y retournerais pas.

We got there at a busy time & they were very accommodating & found us a seat. Only issue was it took a very long time to get service for our drinks while waiting for our food then they forgot some of the other drinks. This could just be a one off. Highly recommend you visit this place, really nice vibe. Just make reservations.
Le serveur a claqué son stylo sur la table pour attirer l'attention de mon amie pour compléter ça commande, c'est un geste qui ne pas gentil & on n'a pas apprécié notre soirée. Après, on a juste commandé un plat pour partager & il a fait un commentaire comme si c'était ordinaire de faire ça. Mes amis & moi, on voulait juste prendre des drinks & quelque chose a grignoter mais pas un repas complet, & on se sentait jugées pour ça. Ce n'était pas agréable.
Ah! comme cela je ne suis pas la seul... a avoir vécu cela... la dernière fois que j'y suis aller le serveur est arrivé avec l'adition et me dit genre y aura pas d'autres choses a commander .. et m a tendu la facture... genre le 2 juin 2023... pas vraiment gentil...
Staff was very friendly & came to the table regularly to check on more drinks, orders, etc. However, our plates were rarely cleared in our 3~ hour stay & we had to request that the server come & clear them up at about the 2 hour mark. When ordering dessert there was a large difference in portion sizes between our 3 orders of the same item (brownie - it was delicious though!). One server who was not our server tried to debate us saying that there wasn't a difference in the orders, but one was made in a large circular dish & another made in a small square dish. Only after debating with him for a few minutes did they bring us a new one made in the large circular dish. Later, I ordered my own brownie & it also came in the small square dish instead. One other dish was sent back twice because it had dairy on it (one person requested a vegan version), & none of our food came out at the same time. It was in 2-3 dish bursts with about 5 min apart. Overall wasn't a terrible experience but there was lots of room for improvement.
Service was great, we had a great server & the other staff seemed nice. Drinks were amazing, although our 2 pitchers of saphir weren't the same colour. Food was disappointing, our table ordered 2 burgers, & both were dry. 1 burger had no sauce, & when asked for mayo, we got very little. Someone also ordered a pizza, the sizing was a bit confusing.
Overall, we had great drinks, the staff was amazing, but the food wasn't great.
