We arrived at 22h & one of waitress said we can't dine in because kitchen close in 5 min but it is Saturday 22 août
& then have 6 more people come after us & she refuse them also. Have one of them she small & always smile but not another lady she also annoy when I ask her about the menu
So it is very disappoint it please do something about her The women at the bar she nice

The three bowls of pho we ordered were all missing the beef balls. The service was extremely inattentive, & the staff barely paid any attention to our table.

We actually had to get up & walk over to a server ourselves to tell him that the beef balls were missing. Instead of coming over to our table & checking the bowls himself, he simply told us to look through the noodles & find the beef balls ourselves. Seriously? Wouldn't a professional server normally come to the table, check the food, & help resolve the issue rather than telling customers to search through their own bowls?

The female server's attitude was even worse. We asked her multiple times for some sauce. From a distance, she kept saying she would bring it over, but we waited almost half an hour & she never brought it. We were basically ignored & treated as though our requests did not matter at all.

What made the experience even worse was her attitude. There was no friendliness, no apology, & not even the slightest attempt to make things right. The whole experience felt incredibly disrespectful & unprofessional.

I genuinely feel sorry for the owner for having an employee representing the restaurant this way. Good food alone cannot make up for staff who make customers feel ignored & unwelcome.

If you hate your job so much that providing basic service & courtesy feels like such a burden, perhaps it's time to find another line of work. Customers are paying to dine here - they should not have to chase down servers, repeatedly ask for basic things, & then be treated like an inconvenience.

Extremely disappointing & completely unprofessional. We ended up packing our food & taking it home because there was no point staying somewhere we clearly weren't valued as customers.

We were disappointed with our dining experience today. We ordered hot Vietnamese coffee, but it was served cold. We also had to wait about an hour for our food, which was far too long.

Unfortunately, the food itself was also disappointing. It did not taste authentic, & the flavors were not what we expected from Vietnamese cuisine. Between the long wait, incorrect coffee order, & lack of authenticity in the food, the overall experience fell well below our expectations.

We hope the restaurant can improve its service, food quality, & attention to customer orders in the future.

We had a very bad experience today. We decided to have dinner. They were very busy with limited servers. We ordered coffee & it took 30mins to come. (Cold service) By the time we got our food ( 1hr from time ordered to when the food got to our table) we were ready to leave. We didnt. We ate our food, paid & left tips.

Petit arrêt au hasard à ce resto pour un dîner. Juste wow! Service attentionné, repas succulent. La prochaine fois on reviendra pour goûter aux tapas.
