Le Labo culinaire is a restaurant located in the heart of the Quartier des spectacles, on the top floor of the Société des Arts Technologiques, a neo-industrial building dedicated to immersive video experiences. The menu made up of mostly organic local products, which evolve with the seasons, offers original “from Earth to Table” gastronomic dishes as well as a selection of natural wines. The rooftop terrace offers a very urban and arty view with the city lights and projections on the facades of the surrounding buildings in the evening.
Located on the 8th floor of the Hôtel Place d’Armes, the roof of this century-old structure is a privileged space. Day or evening, take advantage of one of the few viewpoints from above of Place d'Armes Square and the City Centre. You can enjoy snacks, salads or tartars, while sipping a mojito with fresh raspberries, a speciality of the house! The Place d'armes Terrace is open every evening in the summer and is partially covered, to prolong the pleasure even if it rains.
