We had a really great experience exploring this area. The refreshments were great, & the place had an incredibly soothing & welcoming energy. Everyone around us was so friendly & pleasant. We are already eager to return for another wonderful visit sometime soon. It was a totally successful & relaxing day for us.

Très bel endroit, intérieur & sur la terasse. La bouffe y est bien, quantité peu généreuse par ailleurs. Devraient améliorer leur système de reservation pour éviter les Line up.

J'habite Montréal depuis plusieurs années & j'avais toujours voulu essayer la terrasse. Malheureusement, mon expérience a été très décevante.

Nous étions seulement troisièmes dans la file & avons attendu environ 30 minutes sans qu'aucun employé ne nous adresse la parole ou nous informe du temps d'attente. Pourtant, il était déjà évident que la terrasse était pleine. Cette information aurait dû être communiquée aux gens qui attendaient dans la file afin qu'ils puissent décider s'ils souhaitaient rester ou non. Nous étions au début de la file; je n'ose pas imaginer combien de temps les personnes à l'arrière auraient attendu avant d'obtenir cette information.

Une fois rendus au comptoir, nous avons encore attendu plusieurs minutes avant qu'un employé vienne nous parler. Lorsqu'il est finalement venu nous voir, il nous a simplement indiqué que la terrasse était pleine & qu'il pouvait nous ajouter à la liste d'attente, sans mentionner le délai prévu. Ce n'est qu'après que j'ai demandé moi-même le temps d'attente qu'on m'a informée qu'il était de 2 à 3 heures. Sans cette question, nous aurions été inscrits sur la liste sans savoir à quoi nous attendre.

Je comprends qu'une terrasse populaire puisse avoir beaucoup d'attente. Le problème n'était pas le délai lui-même, mais le manque total de communication. Une simple pancarte, une mise à jour régulière aux clients dans la file ou l'annonce du temps d'attente dès l'inscription sur la liste auraient évité beaucoup de frustration.

Très déçue du service.
