Went to a new restaurant in Montreal last night, Cadet at 1431 boulevard St. Laurent. It is the little brother of Bouillon Bilk. Wonderful tastes and presentation. Great prices and dishes made for sharing. Staff were attentive and knowledgeable. We left stuffed and happy. The sort of restaurant you can return to over and over. High marks overall!
