We ordered take-out, 2 pizzas and 1 large frie that tasted like carbord that we never ate. We called to advise them and we were told oh well! All I can say is that we were treated like garbage!

I am very sorry to say but we were not happy, or impressed with Lucca at all. Reason being: The service was just TERRIBLE!!!!!!!!! We had to wait over 20 min for our entree, 30 min for our food! Then once we finished eating we were left with dirty plates infront of us for over anothr 20 min, until someone came to remove them! Also I had to return my food as it was not cooked like I had asked it to be, and I also had to wait again! Not once did someone come over to see if our food was ok. Plus we had to serve our owne wine, !!!!!!!! again only 2 waiters!!!!! Finally, when they came to remove the plates we had the chance to order coffee and cake, which the coffee came first 15 min later and them finally the cake arrived once we finished our coffee! JUST GREAT!!!!!!! Not IMPRESSED! This is the 2nd time we went to LUCCA, we thought well ok, will try one more time! Well we will never ever go back! For the amount you pay $$$$$, the service is terrible, food not as people say, and then to top it off, we had to wait for one of the 2 waiters to bring us our bill 20 min later! SERIOUS! what restaurent has 2 WAITERS ON A THURSDAY NIGHT!!!!!!!!!! All I can say is that LUCCA, there are hundreds of restaurents out in Montreal, with great service and less $$$$! P.S. The noise is just terrible, as they stuuf people in the restaurent like sardins.
