The Martinique Gourmande festival returns from September 9th to 21st across Quebec for a spicy, colorful and decidedly friendly 18th edition.
The Martinique Gourmande Festival is back for its 18th edition, bringing the flavours of the Caribbean to Québec. Over 13 days, more than 50 restaurants and bars across Montréal, Québec City and other regions will offer special menus, tropical cocktails and culinary experiences inspired by Martinique.
Expect signature dishes such as cod fritters, smoked chicken and conch, live music in select venues and a brand new mocktail competition featuring Martinique's rare and aromatic Volkanik Vanilla.
Festivalgoers will also have the chance to win a trip to Martinique, thanks to partners Air Canada and Club Med Les Boucaniers.
