Discover Le Fou Fou at Royalmount, Montreals New Culinary Destination

Le Fou Fou - a European-style food hall at Royalmount. Designed as a gathering place where gastronomy rubs shoulders with atmosphere and innovation, Le Fou Fou is Montreal's new gastronomic destination. We are excited to introduce you to some of the culinary concepts and chefs announced to date:

Le Fou Fou is proud to welcome Eva's to its culinary offering! This all-day à la carte café offers an inventive mix of American cuisine with dishes such as the towering NYC BLT, a dynamic duo of chicken and waffles, avocado toast and the iconic pancake bites with avocado glaze.'maple. For those seeking more international flavors, Le Fou Fou has also tapped the talented Lucky Belly Group team, led by business chef Chanthy Yen, for two of its hottest culinary offerings. The first is Luckee, a fun take on Southeast Asian cuisine, and the second is Tiramisu, a classic Neapolitan-style pizza that's guaranteed to make your mouth water. Claude Pelletier (Chasse et Pêche, Le Filet, Le Serpent), emblematic figure of the Montreal gastronomic scene, offers Italian dishes and artisanal pastas with Il Miglio. The Torres brothers (Hogar Steakhouse) will turn up the heat at Le Fou Fou with a "modern" Mexican taqueria. For those looking for a more vitamin-filled and lighter offering, Jessica Power and Olivia Farruggia will bring Spirulina's vibrant food to the main lobby of Fou Fou with a menu of smoothies, salads, toasts and fresh juices.

All these newcomers are in addition to the chefs already named, including two concepts from James Beard Award winner Tony Messina (Uni Boston), with Kishu, a sushi bar, and Bayswater, a raw vegetables bar. Hanhak Kim (Bar Otto) offers Shio Ramen, a ramen bar worth wolfing down, but with a little something extra: after taking inspiration from Tokyo's vibrant street food scene, he will offer on its menu, a ramen without broth not to be missed.

Lenny Lighter and Peter Katsoudas (Moishes and Rib'N Reef), two Montreal legends, have teamed up for an exciting collaboration (name to be announced) for a high-energy concept after more than 25 years of rivalry between two steakhouses. We might call it an unlikely partnership, but MTB Collective, the operators behind Le Fou Fou, inspired these two meat masters to combine their talents and transform Montreal's gastronomic scene forever.

Le Fou Fou brings talent, taste and friendliness to the table - August 2024!
