Gaspar (formerly known as Taverne Gaspar) by Gray Collection is thrilled to unveil a meticulously redesigned space and a refreshed menu. Nestled in the Auberge du Vieux-Port in the heart of Old Montreal, Gaspar is a refined French brasserie specializing in authentic European cuisine with an inventive twist. Set in an ambiance reminiscent of typical Parisian street brasseries, Gaspar invites you on an unforgettable culinary journey.
Redesigned by local designer Valérie Beauchemin from ESPACES V Design, the new restaurant design aims to fully embody the atmosphere of a French bistro, from small marble round tables to molded columns and a lengthy bar. In the same spirit, the new restaurant menu, led by Chef Khelil Ben Ammar, offers dishes that pay homage to classic French cuisine while adding a local touch. Guests are invited to savor unique dishes such as braised beef cheek and mussel casserole, among a variety of tantalizing dishes.
