Alchimiste Microbrewery in Joliette has launched two new products on January 13th, just in time for Dry January.
The brewery now offers a 100% grain gluten-free beer made from millet and buckwheat, delivering an authentic taste with no added syrup. "Everyone deserves a tasty beer, which is why we've created this gluten-free range," says Pol Brisset, owner of Alchimiste.
Additionally, Alchimiste introduces a gluten-free, alcohol-free blonde beer, one of the first of its kind in Quebec, combining innovation and quality.
With 23 years of experience, Alchimiste continues to lead in alternative beers in Quebec.
