As the crisp autumn air settles in Montreal, there is no better way to warm up than with a comforting pizza. Bevo, a must-visit Italian spot in Old Montreal, invites guests to join its pizza-making workshop, available from September to May.
Led by chef Giovanni Vella, the workshop teaches participants the art of Romapolitan pizza, a delicious blend of Neapolitan and Roman styles cooked in a wood-fired oven. Guests learn to stretch the dough, select toppings, and craft their own pizza while discovering Bevo in a whole new way.
Two options are available:
-
Monthly class: held on a fixed date each month. Participants join other pizza enthusiasts. Visit our website to find out the next dates.
-
Private groups: for 8 to 20 people, by request, for an exclusive experience.
Both options include the workshop with the chef, a three-course menu (starter, pizza, dessert), a drink of choice, and a souvenir apron. The price is $90 per person
