From October 30th to November 16th, 2025, Ibéricos invites Montrealers to experience the flavors and atmosphere of Spanish tapas bars and taverns without leaving the city. Chef Haissam Souki Tamayo and his team have prepared a special MTLàTABLE menu inspired by Madrid and Barcelona.
Dinner at $65 per person features highlights such as Iberian ham croquettes, cod fritters with maple and Jerez reduction, Spanish tortilla, roasted Brussels sprouts salad, and Valencian-style paellas. The brunch at $25 offers arepas Benedictine and Ibéricos' signature green waffle with smoked salmon. Ibéricos was recognized as Montreal's Best Spanish Restaurant by CultMTL.
Ibéricos is a family-run restaurant led by Haissam and Adriana Laporta, sharing their passion for Spanish cuisine, refined under chefs like Takeshi Nagaham, Martin Berasategui, Pedro Subijana, and Carles Abellan.
