With direct access to his own livestock and gardens, Hakim Chajar presents a seasonal menu focused on simplicity and surprise. Ôma offers picnic boxes on order, food and wine pairings, a cocktail bar, BBQs on the terrace, themed events, and grocery products.

A finalist on Les Chefs in 2012 and winner of the All-star edition in 2014, Hakim Chajar has honed his skills in renowned establishments around the world. After opening two restaurants in Montreal and Jane Café in Cowansville, he returns to Estrie with Ôma to share his culinary passion.
