My family & I have been loyal customers here for many years, always ordering the exact same meal: three extra-large Bún Bò Hu?. Today, August 29th at 4:20 PM, we ordered our usual three extra-large soups, but the waiter brought out only two small plates of side bean sprouts.

Having eaten at this restaurant for many years as Vietnamese customers, we are very familiar with traditional food culture-each bowl of soup is always accompanied by its own side plate. When we politely asked for the third plate we paid for, the waiter flatly refused, claiming two plates were'enough for three people,' & walked away. We asked a second time, & he refused again with a noticeably rude attitude.

It is incredibly disappointing to see a place we loved deny simple customer requests & refuse to admit a basic service mistake. Sadly, after many years of coming here, today was our last time!

Les serveurs étaient très irrespectueux. Nous attendions deux personnes mais avons commandé pour eux en raison de leur retard parce qu'ils nous mettaient la pression. Nous sommes restés 50 minutes & le serveur nous a demandé a plusieurs moments de manger plus vite & de quitter le restaurant rapidement. Je n'étais pas au courant que c'était un'fast food' & que nous devions avaler notre soupe en une bouchée. Quand nous avons demandé un plat pour emporté, le serveur a roulé des yeux & a soupiré. En repartant, un serveur à foncé dans une de mes amies sans s'excuser & lui a dit de manière condescendante' on regarde en avant quand on marche'. Le 19 aout de 12h15-13h05.

La comida está bien y no tardan mucho en servirla. El camarero que nos recibió fue simpático. En cambio, el que nos atendió después de pagar, se comportó muy grosero exigiéndonos que le diéramos propina, haciéndonos pagarle mucho más de lo que correspondía sino no nos dejaba marchar.
