I ordered food for takeout & the guy that rung my order made a fuss about me not tipping, which I did not appreciate! I am buying a product from the menu & taking it home. I understand tipping when I am sitting at a table, dining in & receiving service; which for the record I generously tip between 20 to 25% when I am dining in restaurant. Service workers should not feel entitled to tips, as it is a courtesy (but strongly encouraged given their wages).
On top of this negative customer service, my $40 pasta was dry anyways. I had the same dish at Zibo Vaudreuil & it was in a rich creamy sauce & cooked to perfection. Sadly will not return to this location or recommend it.View more
