Avec une passion pour la restauration et plus de 30 ans d'expérience dans l'industrie alimentaire, Papa Elie et son fils Ziad ont su créer une entreprise familiale unique : ZEEZ.
Ziad a débuté sa carrière à l'école d’hôtellerie et a poursuivi une spécialisation en art culinaire à l’institut Paul Bocuse en France pour travailler plus tard dans les hôtels et restaurants les plus prestigieux. Ziad est le créateur du menu ZEEZ et est chargé de l’assurance qualité. Rempli d'énergie et de passion, vous le verrez toujours dévoué à offrir le meilleur service à la clientèle.
Papa Elie est le maître de la gestion et de l'organisation ayant un parcours entrepreneurial de plus de 40 ans. Pilier de l'entreprise, il veille toujours à ce que tout soit en ordre et que le roulement se déroule harmonieusement. D'ailleurs, vous le verrez probablement travailler sur son ordinateur à une table de ZEEZ.
La mission de ZEEZ est de créer des moments de plaisir à travers des burgers délicieux. L’objectif d’Elie et Ziad est non seulement de proposer des burgers de qualité à base d'ingrédients frais et faits maison, mais aussi de les rendre accessibles aux Montréalais en proposant des prix abordables. 🧡

A must try smash burger in montreal for sure !!! Every ingredient is fresh, you can taste everything. The sauce goes very well with the burgers. It is also well seasoned which is so important that many burgerjoint miss out on. Overall nothing negative to say, you just have to come try it out & get hooked !! Also had the patate zeez which was veryy good, cripsyy outside texture with a fluffy interior, covered in their house sauce & some other ingredients The service is A+++, very attentive & kindly spoken making the experience even more better & calming. Their smash burgers live up to their name: SMASH BURGER 💥 you can see the crispiness on the edge of the patties . They made their right choice of lettuce, with a great touch of their special sauce. I tried all of their burgers & I can say their truffle mushroom burger was out of this world! For the price & quality, you are winning. What I appreciated the most is the consistency of their food. Twice already, one in the evening, another at noon, still the same burger as I first had. Wish I had pictures of them, I was so famished , i forgot to take them.... Recently visited this burger place twice & I can say that this place was outstanding in terms of food quality , services & consistency. 1) Service : The man at the counter is respectful & thoughtful ( offered water to my parents since they don't drink soda ) 2) Food: The smash burger was outstanding-perfectly crispy on the outside, thanks to the technique of smashing the patty onto the griddle, which created a beautiful, caramelized crust. Yet, the inside remained incredibly juicy & tender, with the fat & juices locking in all the flavor. The contrast between the crisp edges & the succulent center made every bite deeply satisfying. Zeez is a blessing to the plateau. The burgers are kickass! Great smashburger recipe, the burgers are so well-made. Perfect level of greasiness that will hit just right after a night of drinks. They have some seating available outside but seating will be a challenge here in the winter. I am so impressed by their staff, who are mostly students. No matter how late into the night it is, they always provide the best service. There is even free popcorn while you wait if you are super hungry. I hope this place stays here for a while.Voir plus
