The food was extraordinary tasty, the lamb was probably the best I ever ate. The guy was super nice & he explained everything to us. One of the best restaurant in the area. It clearly worth a try.
Je suis venue manger hier dans ce restaurant & malheureusement l'expérience n'a pas été très bonne. L'ambiance n'était pas agréable.
La viande n'était pas de bonne qualité, elle était trop salée & trop cuite, ce qui l'a rendue difficile à apprécier.
Le service était aussi très long. Il n'y avait pas de serveur : c'était le cuisinier qui faisait tout lui-même (cuisine, service, etc.), donc l'attente était vraiment longue. Il était gentil, mais le service prenait beaucoup trop de temps.
J'espère que ces points pourront être améliorés.

J'ai bien apprécié ma visite. Beau restaurant, belle ambiance. Accueil chaleureux. La cuisine était très bien avec de bonnes portions. Je vais certainement y retourner ou commander.
I had an amazing experience here. The food was incredibly flavorful & tasted fresh, with generous portions that really make it worth it. The Lamb was so tender perfectly cooked & well-seasoned, & the sauce added so much to the meal. The staff was friendly & welcoming, & the service was fast. The restaurant has a casual, comfortable vibe that makes it great for both quick meals & sitting down with friends or family. If you're looking for delicious halal food in Montreal, ZamZam Grill is definitely a place I'd recommend & I can't wait to go back !!!!
It was always a good dining experience at this small yet very friendly family owned resto. Mohammed was amazing! We enjoyed all dishes! The Lamb Shank was a favorite. It was full of flavor, so tender & juicy! The grilled Sea Bass & Calamari were equally delicious too. Portion was generous. We left the resto satiated & happy ☺☺?.
I recently tried the Fatte Mawzat at Zam Zam Grill, & it was absolutely delicious. The lamb was perfectly slow-cooked - tender, flavorful, & literally melted in my mouth. The presentation was beautiful, & the overall taste was exceptional. Definitely one of the best Middle Eastern dishes I've had in a while. Truly impressive & highly recommended!

The lamb shank was incredibly tender & flavorful, melting in the mouth with every bite. The rice offered a rich, authentic taste that truly evoked the essence of the Middle East. The calm atmosphere, free from loud music, made for a relaxing lunch. Despite it being quiet, our food arrived quickly-in just 15 minutes-& exceeded our expectations in both speed & quality. Love the vibe & the small talk with the owner, keep the hard work, Im convinced that hidden gem will rise up!
Zam Zam Grill Restaurant really delivers! The food looks vibrant & full of flavor. The lamb shank stew with chickpeas & vegetables looks tender & hearty, while the lamb chops with mixed veggies seem perfectly cooked & juicy. The saffron rice adds a colorful, aromatic touch. & that dessert-with its creamy cheesecake, pomegranate seeds, & a drizzle of sauce-looks like the perfect sweet finish. If the flavors match the presentation, this spot is definitely a win. Would you recommend any specific dish as a must-try?
Such a wonderful place with great food. The Lentil soup was amazing, the best lentil soup I've had so far - very smooth & light, & came with a crispy fried bread that was so lovely. The lamb biryani was so delicious - the lamb was so very tender that I could take it apart with a spoon, & the biryani had great flavours & textures with additions of peanuts & golden raisins. The owner was very kind & inviting & just a very lovely person. My one complaint is that I cannot take this restaurant back to Calgary with me. Next time that I am in Montreal I will definitely come back here again!
Freaking fantastic food! Get the lamb shank biriani, it's well cooked, fork tender, & juicy over a fantastic rice that had a complex yet accessible spice blend.

Wow! Our friends brought us here for the first time last night & it was a great experience. The owner was lovely & helped us decide what to order. Every single thing we tried was so truly delicious that it's hard to decide what my favorite dish was. The Kafta Kebab with cherries were such a nice surprise, & the lamb shank was roasted to perfection. We will definitely come back on our next trip to Montreal. Thank you so much a great experience!
Delicious food, slow cooked lamb is amazing! We took the lamb fatte mawzat & the lamb shank byrani & they were both incredible. Great service. Will go back for sure 😊
