The soup dumplings were delicious & everything tasted fresh. Very nice staff. The place itself is rather small so it's better to call in advance if you're more than 4 people.
These soup dumplings here are very fresh, juicy, & flavourful. I loved how much soup was actually in these. A true SOUP dumpling. You have to be careful when lifting them from the plate as they are delicate & you don't want them to rip & you lose some precious soup. I got the lamb & green onion & they were a real treat.
Service was friendly! They have lots of seating & a big menu.
Very pleasmat. Can order from a QR code. Waitress was very polite & asked pertinent questions. Delicious soup dumplings; very full of broth! Kimchi & cucumber salad were very fresh.

We were visiting from Toronto & stumbled upon Yum Yum - hands down the highlight of our trip! The soup dumplings were nothing short of perfection. Each one had a delicate, paper-thin wrapper that burst with rich, savory broth & tender, flavorful filling. You could taste the freshness & quality in every bite. We also ordered noddles with beef & we absolutely inhaled it. We are VERY big foodies & this is our top 5. They WILL have a line up out the door so make sure you get there early. Be prepared to eat here again.
What truly made the experience unforgettable was the hospitality. The staff welcomed us like old friends, going above & beyond to make us feel comfortable. I haven't seen such warmth from a restaurant in so long. They were attentive, friendly, & genuinely passionate about their food. Their thoughtful recommendations made the meal even more memorable.

My daughter & I went there last night after exploring Montreal on foot. Both of us love soup dumplings & we decided to go to Yum Yum after reading some of the positive reviews. It's a quaint family restaurant with just a few tables & a light, pleasant atmosphere. As we found out during out stay, the wife manages the open kitchen with support staff, forming fresh dumplings non stop, while the husband manages the guests in a very friendly manner & a level of efficiency & attentiveness I have seldom encountered in other restaurants in general. Upon our arrival, the restaurant was full & we decided to wait for what was to be around 30 minutes. During that time several more people arrived who were told that it would be about 1hr. Over the couple of hours we stayed there, we noticed all of them returning at some point. The menu is extensive, with the entire left page dedicated to soup dumplings. Wow. We ended up trying four different varieties - pork/shrimp/chives, pork/shrimp/mushrooms, chicken/coriander & pork/cabbage. In subtly different ways they were all absolutely delicious. The broth was mild but tasty & their homemade chili crunch oil is an excellent condiment to our taste. We observed other patrons being served a variety of other dishes that looked scrumptious but these comments apply solely to the soup dumplings. My daughter & I agreed that they were among the very best we've eaten anywhere & that our visit to Yum Yum was the first of many to follow.
Fresh & delicious food prepared with lots of care. The soup dumplings are some of the best I've ever tasted. The decor is adorable & inviting, & the atmosphere is friendly & clean. My family loved it!
I am visiting from NYC & it was surprisingly better than the ones there. The soup dumplings were fresh & not frozen/microwaved. Also, the service was surprisingly nice, switching from french, to english, to chinese based on the table/party.
Such a wonderful restaurant with delicious fresh soup dumplings! It also has amazing drinks! The service is always impeccable, such an attentive staff! It is a must-go, the ambiance is also so cozy & the soup dumplings are soothing!
