Je n'étais que de passage à Montréal, & quelle chance d'avoir découvert cette véritable perle rare.
C'est tout simplement le meilleur restaurant de raviolis & de xiao long bao dans lequel j'ai eu l'occasion de manger en dehors de la Chine. Tout est absolument délicieux, d'une grande finesse & préparé avec beaucoup de soin.
J'ai également été impressionnée par l'incroyable variété de saveurs proposées. Certaines créations sont si originales que je ne suis même pas certaine qu'on puisse les trouver ailleurs dans le monde, y compris en Chine.
Enfin, le personnel est extrêmement accueillant, chaleureux & attentionné, ce qui rend l'expérience encore plus agréable.
Nous y sommes retournés deux fois en trois jours. 😁
Je recommande ce restaurant sans la moindre hésitation. Une adresse incontournable à Montréal !

Le jeune était souriant & serviable la cuisine plutôt bonne mais pas excellente. Malheureusement pour le monsieur plus âgé peut être le patron il est peut-être temps de prendre la retraite. Les menus sont balancé sur les tables prises de commande sèche & pas aimable, mon fils c'est presque fait agresser parce qu'il attendait devant les toilettes & le patron pensait que c'était quelqu'un de l'extérieur qui aller au WC ( tu viens de passer à notre table 4 fois , il y a 5 tables dans ton resto ouvre les yeux au lieu d'agresser un enfant de 8 ans.) monsieur réitère avec moi quand je sors des toilettes avec ma plus petite comme un chien de chasse à japper sur nous qu'on a pas droit d'être là c'est que pour les clients. Une honte il y a des façons de parler après ça on fait un gros sourire quand il s'agit de payer pour avoir son pourboire !! Ben non le pourboire au canada c'est juste pour les humains pas les chiens.

This place is special - so good we visited twice in the same trip! The soup dumplings are phenomenal - we had the pork & chive, pork & coriander, & shrimp, pork & mushroom dumplings, & each was distinct & delicious (especially the coriander!).
The other dishes were also outstanding (cucumber salad & the stir-fried noodles), as was the real (classic) milk tea, perfect on a warm day. The homemade chilli oil is unique & pairs beautifully with the dumplings. The restaurant is family-owned, with personal & attentive service to match - we can't wait to go back!
