We mostly came for the vibes but we were pleasantly surprised with the food & drinks! Over priced but the ambience & DJ made up for it. The music got a lot groovier towards 10pm making us wanting to stay; would've loved to experience the nightclub side of it.
Horrible service from the bar (I barely like to ever say stuff like this) waited 15 mins to get served at the bar & the bartender kept on drinking & serving VIP clients. I'm aware people need to make money but it's a healthy balance of making everyone feel served when it comes to the food industry. Also drinks are overly expensive (I'm from NYC saying this)
Pour la fille de OD qui nous a servit cet soirée la elle ne mérite pas son 18% elle nous a obliger de mettre ce montant & nous a dit si on mettait pas 18% elle allait apeller son manager...je donne 0 etoile.
Expérience déplorable. Nous sommes venus pour un dîner suivi d'une soirée club, mais nous avons fait face à un manque total de professionnalisme.
?Le point noir : l'incohérence totale sur les conditions de table. En une soirée, nous avons eu quatre versions différentes de la part du personnel & de la manager (table garantie jusqu'à 3h, puis obligation de dépenser un montant minimum, puis une bouteille, puis finalement deux bouteilles après 23h30).
Ce harcèlement commercial constant a gâché l'ambiance.
?Côté cuisine, ce n'est pas mieux :
?On nous donne une ancienne carte. Résultat : on me sert un cheesecake en m'assurant de mauvaise fois que c'est une'crème brûlée' (le plat commandé n'existant plus).
?Plats hors de prix & non conformes aux promesses de la serveuse (purée manquante, donc ajouter 17$ de supplément).
?Trois tentatives pour commander du vin : aucune des références accessibles n'était disponible.
?Un établissement qui joue sur une image de prestige mais qui échoue sur les bases du service & de l'honnêteté. À éviter!!!!
We reserved our table for dinner at a great spot. The dinner was nice although I wanted to order the grilled octopus from the menu & it wasn't available. The salmon sushi & cocktails( Cusco kiss, shiso breeze) were great. These two were not sweet which i like it alot. I really enjoyed the music from 9 to 11; after 11 it was okay

I could not agree more with all this.
180$ per person for the Nikkei prestige was not worth it at all. The service was extremely long. Our waiter apologized twice for miscommunications etc. But the place was empty??
Food was good. But some staff weren't even able to explain the dishes they were bringing us: « mushroom gyosas, uh that's about it » (& when they saw our reaction they explained that honestly then didn't know much about it & when they asked the kitchen theh were as clueless. What???)

Textbook definition of degenerate, incompetent staff & customers - you'd see their face first thing when you open a dictionary.
My best friend got strangled, dragged by the throat, & punched by a grown'man'. Then another degenerate'man' decided to join the party & physically assault her even more.
This resulted in countless bruises, scars to her face, & a fractured jaw - evidence has been documented.
Security watched everything happen while twiddling their thumbs & didn't bother to lift a finger, I guess it was too much of an effort to even blink an eye or simply do your job?
If you ever feel like getting abused, develop a form of PTSD resulting in never wanting to leave the house again I suggest coming to Yoko Luna.
Please know police are involved as well as a lawyer.
Came with Mass Min for my birthday dinner, we had the best time, service was great & Mass made sure we were well taken care of the whole night, if you're ever in Montreal make sur to look him up he's the best !!
