unfortunately the service completely ruined what could have been a good experience.
The servers were shockingly rude & unprofessional. I've honestly never had a server speak to me the way they did. Even in my own work dealing with difficult clients, I would never talk to someone like that. It felt dismissive & unnecessarily hostile, which immediately put a bad taste in my mouth.
The place itself is actually really nice, the atmosphere & decor are beautiful & the space has a great vibe. The food was fine & the drinks were not terrible, but nothing memorable except for the fact that they are ridiculously overpriced.
But when the service is that unpleasant, it overshadows everything else. A restaurant experience is about more than just the food, & the attitude of the staff really set the tone for the night.
I ended up having some fun later because I was out with friends & a few drinks helped, but the service genuinely ruined my mood at the beginning of the evening. It's disappointing because the place has potential, but the way guests are treated needs serious improvement.
Le chef de sécurité Anas était très accueillant & charmeur il a prit le temps de nous montrer la place. On sest sentis en securité, tres grand professionalisme.

The service is rushed. Waitress was not touching the table on a frequent basis. The customer is only given the option to tip a minimum of 18% on the machine, which doesn't comply with the law. Food is average. The group menu lacks efforts as there's only one group menu option & little to no modifications are made for dietary restrictions. Overpriced for overall experience. You will be paying for the rent/location & decor since shots are 20$ & drinks are 25$. Would not return. Finally, the shared plate was extremely stingy; we were 12 people & had to share the plate which meant 3 sushis per person...for 95$ that's cheap. i should not have to select'other'. The law clearly states that the first option should be 15%, which was not displayed.
L'ambiance dans le restaurant est très agréable, le décor est absolument magnifique ,le service est très bien exécuté & avec une rapidité! les serveur/se sont souriant & a l'écoute de vos demande 💫 La nourriture & les cocktails sont a couper le souffle ! Ne vous posez même pas la question si la place en vaut la peine ,ce n'est pas une question mais une affirmation je recommence très fortement ce restaurant a tous !

Beautiful venue with amazing decor & a great vibe - open, stylish, & lively without being too loud. The hostess was polite & professional, which made for a nice first impression.
Unfortunately, the experience went downhill from there. Our group of eleven was told we'd have to order from a set menu, but after checking with management, the staff kindly let us split into two tables to order à la carte - appreciated!
Appetizers came quickly, but mains took over an hour. During that wait, no one checked in on us or offered drink refills, even though our glasses were empty. The servers seemed more focused on chatting & high-fiving another table than serving guests.
When the food finally arrived, it just wasn't worth the price: rubbery steak, cold chicken katsu, & sushi drowned in soy sauce. Presentation was careless, even if some flavors were okay.
For a $1,000 bill for eleven people, no one left satisfied - we actually went for poutine afterward.
In short: gorgeous space, disappointing service, & food that doesn't match the price tag.
Yoko Luna really stands out from other places in Montreal ! The decor is beautiful & we had such a great service from Christophelle, she really went out of her way to make sure our evening was perfect. I recommend the lychee martini 100% !!!
Très beau spot à Montréal, le décor est incroyable. L'ambiance est festive sans être trop intense au début de la soirée, puis ça devient plus party vers la fin. Le service était attentionné & les cocktails super bons.
La salle est magnifique, ils ont vraiment pensé à tous les aspects du décor. La nourriture est divine & la musique n'est pas trop forte alors on s'entend bien parlé! ☀?
Went for a girls night at Yoko Luna & the night was great ! The ambiance & decors is super chic & cute & the sushis were amazing ! A little bit pricey but for an occasion or a much needed night out it's perfect !! Chirag made sure we were well taken care of & made our night !
Superbe endroit! Le décor est magnifique. L'arrivée est un peu laborieuse, nous avons une réservation pour 20:30 & sa prends près de 30 minutes avant d'avoir notre table, sans trop avoir d'espace confortable où attendre. Par la suite, nous avions le menu de groupe le premier service est plutôt long à arriver & tout d'un coup tout déboule d'un coup, sans qu'on ai le temps de respirer entre les services. Par la suite, la transition en mode Bar est assez pénible, a peine 20 minutes après notre 3e service , ils commencent à retirer les tables & les chaises, pas le temps de prendre un digestif. En ce qui concerne la nourriture & les cocktails c'est bien. À noter que dans le menu de groupe il y a amplement de nourriture, par contre le 2e service (sushi), c'est très limité en terme de quantité. Nous reviendrions assurément.

Yoko Luna is the perfect mix of fine dining & nightlife. The decor is stunning, the vibe is electric, & the food is next-level-especially the Luna Ceviche & A5 Wagyu. Cocktails are creative & delicious, & the service is flawless. From start to finish, it's a top-tier night out in Montreal. Highly recommend!
J'ai feté mon anniversaire dimanche passé, l'ambiance etait geniale, la bouffe extraordinaire, hors du commun. La place est magnifique des beaux decors avec des danseuses & tres bon dj. Merci beaucoup à Chirag pour l'avoir organisé :)
L'endroit & l'ambiance sont incroyables moi & ma femme avons été enchanté par le décor & la musique (chill house) la nourriture 🍱 fraîche & haut de gamme etait délicieux & quoi dire du personnel 🫶 & de notre serveur Stefano qui a été très professionnel du début à la fin 💪🏻👍🏻 je recommande ce restaurant pour une expérience différente 🫶🥂
This place is 100% unique, it is an experience by itself. The food is amazing (sashimis & maki are to die for, & the octopus was so tasty), the decor is one of a kind, the DJ played great tracks & the live shows of those dancers give it a sexy yet elegant vibe. Totally worth the experience. I will for sure be back. The only reason I did not give 5 stars to the service is because of the cold & unpleasant welcome we received at the front door by the receptionist. Everything else was just perfect.
