J'ai décidé d'organiser mon souper d'anniversaire au Yoko Luna. C'était ma toute première fois là-bas & j'en avais tellement entendu parler pour l'ambiance & la qualité du service. Mon groupe & moi avions été servis par Nelson & honnêtement! Une belle note de 10/10. Il a vraiment été à l'écoute, nous a donné de très belles recommandations pour le menu & il était vraiment accueillant & ça l'a vraiment été la cerise sur le gâteau avec tous les petits spectacles & le DJ on fire 💯🔥
Aussi le décor était vraiment magnifique aussi & parfait pour prendre de belles photos (petite note pour les girlies 🤭)

The ambiance, décor, & food were perfect. The only thing that I'd like to mention is too many staff members & waitresses kept coming to our table & interrupting our conversation every five minutes to ask if we needed anything even though I told our waitress We'll call you if we need anything

Absolutely incredible experience at Yoko Luna in Montreal. From the moment we walked in, the energy was unreal. The design, atmosphere, music, & attention to detail create a truly unique & unforgettable vibe.
The service was exceptional, the staff was welcoming & professional, & the whole place has a luxury feel that makes the night feel special. The combination of the stunning decor, great cocktails, & amazing atmosphere makes Yoko Luna stand out from anywhere else in Montreal.
It's the perfect spot for a memorable night out, a celebration, or simply experiencing one of the most impressive nightlife destinations in the city.
Definitely a must-visit in Montreal. Can't wait to come back!

unfortunately the service completely ruined what could have been a good experience.

The servers were shockingly rude & unprofessional. I've honestly never had a server speak to me the way they did. Even in my own work dealing with difficult clients, I would never talk to someone like that. It felt dismissive & unnecessarily hostile, which immediately put a bad taste in my mouth.

The place itself is actually really nice, the atmosphere & decor are beautiful & the space has a great vibe. The food was fine & the drinks were not terrible, but nothing memorable except for the fact that they are ridiculously overpriced.

But when the service is that unpleasant, it overshadows everything else. A restaurant experience is about more than just the food, & the attitude of the staff really set the tone for the night.

I ended up having some fun later because I was out with friends & a few drinks helped, but the service genuinely ruined my mood at the beginning of the evening. It's disappointing because the place has potential, but the way guests are treated needs serious improvement.

Le chef de sécurité Anas était très accueillant & charmeur il a prit le temps de nous montrer la place. On sest sentis en securité, tres grand professionalisme.

The service is rushed. Waitress was not touching the table on a frequent basis. The customer is only given the option to tip a minimum of 18% on the machine, which doesn't comply with the law. Food is average. The group menu lacks efforts as there's only one group menu option & little to no modifications are made for dietary restrictions. Overpriced for overall experience. You will be paying for the rent/location & decor since shots are 20$ & drinks are 25$. Would not return. Finally, the shared plate was extremely stingy; we were 12 people & had to share the plate which meant 3 sushis per person...for 95$ that's cheap. i should not have to select'other'. The law clearly states that the first option should be 15%, which was not displayed.
