Ye Olde Orchard sert une grande variété de plats irlandais et écossais, un large choix de bières européennes, internationales et canadiennes, des vins et spiritueux, et une bonne sélection de viandes grillées, fish and chips et de pâtes. Il met l'accent sur les plats celtique. Olde Orchard est réputé pour leur calamars frits, ragoût irlandais et hamburgers populaires comme le burger Olde Orchard et burger Boss. L'atmosphère est confortable. C'est un bon endroit pour les bons moments. Sam-dim il y a la musique celtique en direct et lun-mar les Blues, jazz, et Pop.

Love this place! Staff is the best! Steve always goes out of his way to say hi. Wonderful staff. Shout out to Andrew & Megan. You know they truly appreciate their customers.... & the food is out of this world. Best chicken wings by far. Five stars

The only reason this place didn't get a one star rating is because of their friendly staff. What a disappointment this place has turned out to be. When we first started going there, the food was pretty good. Now, it's become'du gros n'importe quoi' on a plate. My last ever meal there were the fish tacos, frozen fish sticks…really??? The taco we leaking with god knows what liquid. My second to last dish was the butter chicken…avoid that too. It tasted nothing like butter chicken, it was more like bitter chicken with dried rice. The taste was off.
The last few times we expressed our dissatisfaction to the staff about the quality of the food, it was never addressed & answered by a…OH!
Unfortunately the food quality has diminished significantly & many of us will not be going back for what used to be a fun Saturday night out.

Ye Olde Orchard...I received some gift cards & & was so looking forward to trying out a new restaurant outside of my home of Laval, after readying the great reviews online. The service was AMAZING! How pleasant it was to be spoken to in English, from the time we entered to the time we left. My son & I both had the Raspberry Lemonade - very refreshing & very tasty. We had the Cauliflower Buffalo - WOW! Were they SPICY! Very tasty, & the ranch sauce on the side much needed! If you like spicy, these will be right up your alley!! I ordered the Irish Stew & since it was Curry Fest, my son had Chicken Curry poutine. The stew was a nice big portion, however the beef was not tender at all - actually very chewy & some really fatty bites as well. The sauce didn't taste home made - the taste actually resembled a brown gravy mix & really didn't have much seasoning. My son's poutine - for some reason the entire poutine was covered with more half cooked onions than there were French fries or cheese. & the chicken pieces were small cubes of chicken that almost tasted like boiled chicken. It was not eye pleasing or tasty. What helped a bit was my son dipping his fries in the leftover gravy from my Irish Stew. The place looks amazing, it makes you feel like you're in an Irish pub. Very homey with fantastic service. However, sorry to say, I'm not sure we'll go back to use up the remainder of the gift cards I have. I had such high hopes. EDIT 11/28/24 - My son & I returned & gave it a second shot...& I must say, it was well worth the second chance. We shared the Jalepeno Poppers, they were really good! Just the right amount of kick without being the Buffalo Cauliflower level of spice. My son had Chicken tenders with fries which he really enjoyed. I don't often order a burger from a sit down restaurant but I am so very happy I did! The Orchard Burger, hold the mushrooms... to be exact. Oh my, that had to be one of the best burgers I have eaten. The caramelized onions are truly caramelized, not just fried. Simply delicious! & the home fries, crispy but somehow not greasy. Not to forget the drinks...my new fav is the Seas of the Day & the AMAZING service. You can surely expect me back!! Thank you!!!
Well now. We had a choice between Gigi's pizza or to try a new restaurant. So we went to Ye old Orchard in the Pointe Claire village. The sign on the front door says to go through the terrace entrance. Other people were there before us & were waiting & waiting. They got tired of waiting & they intruded to find a table. Same happened to us. Nobody to check new customers in. We pushed in & Anna, the waitress happened by. It seems to bother her to have to deal with us. I asked for a table for 2 & a few tables were bussed but not cleaned. She said we could sit over there if we didn't mind. Right from that point, I could feel her bad attitude. No smile no welcome not happy to serve ONE more table. We could see at least 3 more waiters, all busy. To make a long story short, we had to ask her twice to wipe our table. We asked 4 times to get water glasses & we only received them because another waiter intervened. She finally took our order. At this point, no utensils no water still. She then brought the plates. Had to return with utensils & ketchup(asked twice & they fill brand mark ketchup with cheep one, taste awful). She never checked on us after that. I had to ask another waiter for the bill & a take out box. I said where is our waitress? He answered that her shift was over. She just left & abandoned our table. Good service from the male waiter. Extremely bad service from Anna(He said her name was). Food: butter chicken was good as per my hubby. Fried pickles good. Chicken fingers & fries over deep fried, almost broke a tooth. No salad option over fries. Expensive. Lovely garden, no bugs. Would not recommend.
it's a typical pub feel, but honestly kind of felt damp when we went. had clearly just been bleached clean so the place had an interesting smell. the service was nice but slow to order... show to get food. didn't bring us water.. had to chase them down to get some. I got the spicy chicken sandwich which was pretty good. friend got fish n chips which he liked. my son got chicken tenders which he enjoyed. the terrace outside seemed nicer but the wasps can be very annoying sometimes... only 2 individual bathrooms for women... had to wait a while.
I've been a fan of Ye Olde Orchard, going back to my Monkland days, & was thrilled when they opened in Pointe-Claire! The atmosphere is cozy, especially in the winter if you are lucky to snag a spot by the fire. In warmer temperatures, it's a nice bonus to be able to sit outside.
They have a genuine pub menu, with a few delicious surprises, The Sri Lankan roll & samosa is a favorite appetizer choice, followed by Sri Lankan curry (Veggie, Chicken, Lamb, or Shrimp). Ask for the level of spiciness your palette can handle - they can make it as fiery as you want. The Fish & Chips is very good, as well their stew.
It's a great spot to sit back with a frothy pint, & enjoy a delicious meal!
