Extremely disappointed with this service. The delays were unacceptable, & there was What was supposed to be a simple & timely service turned into a frustrating experience filled with waiting & poor service. No updates were provided, & promises regarding timing were not respected.

I was there for lunch on a Sunday. I can see how the vibe would be better in the evening.

I had the guiness burger on the waiter's recommendation. It was ok... kinda dry. I don't think I'd order it again. Maybe it was an off day.

Waiter was very polite & friendly. This being said, it took AGES for our food to come out (I had the burger & my wife had a wrap of some kind). Given the fact that the place was mostly empty I would expect a burger & wrap to take less than 30 minutes. During our wait no one came to check on us or explain why it was taking so long.

Overall it was fine. I didn't leave thinking that it was bad, but I won't go out of my way to return. Cunningham's is significantly better.

The one time we had an unsatisfactory experience, I used the restaurant's contact form instead of posting a negative review, just wanting to notify them of a problem, expecting some comment. Instead, no response at all, 6 days later. If a business is going to solicit customer feedback, they only make any problem worse by ignoring it.
