Very cozy place. Standard pub fare is reasonably priced, beer selection somewhat limited but overall place has a very good vibe. Ye is typically crowded in evenings so plan your visit accordingly.
Parking is on a smallish side, but there are public parkings within easy walking distance.View more
The warm welcome upon arrival gave us positive energy. The young waitress was kind & polite. The beer tasted very good, & the fish & chips were better than at many other pubs. The terrace area wasn't as nice as the indoor space, but that didn't really matter. Unfortunately, after the food was served, our table didn't get much attention anymore. We wanted to order more cocktails, but we changed our mind because it took too long for the waitress to come back. Overall, it was a good experience.View more
Great service from the staff at orchard! Always amazing food & a great atmosphere at the pub!View more
Our go-to pub in the west island! We've frequented it for years & every time it's still our home away from home... True to the scenic charm of Pointe-Claire village, the pub's warm atmosphere & exceptional chef have sealed our patronship for years to come... Food is delicious, there's variety, & great happy hour specials!.. The only downside I can think of, is that clearly the waitresses are all in love with us, because why else would they be so nice, smiling & inviting to such a degree... Anna, Ashley, Gabby, Meagan, Beatrice & the others are truly exceptional hosts. We highly recommend!!View more
Always love coming to this cozy pub. Varied menu, solid bar, great staff. Any time of year!View more
Good pub food, great service in a nice spot. That being said the nachos are to be avoided. They can do better than grocery store chips & salsa. The side semi basement is a let down in comparison to the rest of the pub.
OK I was trying to polite but after seeing your reply I had to clarify my review. We go all the time so this was not meant as a negative review as I left 4 stars. BUT the chairs in the side room are the same chairs from the old tenant the teahouse & no one bothered to change them. Very uncomfortable. Of course we dont expect you to have a garden in the back but the nachos were terrible. A jar of presidents choice salsa & bag of nacho chips that could have been purchased across the street at the Dep. Details matteView more
Lives up to its name. Truly a classic pub experience.View more

Un pub sans prétention. Relax, traditionnel, exactement comme on peux s'y attendreView more
Ye Olde Orchard...I received some gift cards & & was so looking forward to trying out a new restaurant outside of my home of Laval, after readying the great reviews online. The service was AMAZING! How pleasant it was to be spoken to in English, from the time we entered to the time we left. My son & I both had the Raspberry Lemonade - very refreshing & very tasty. We had the Cauliflower Buffalo - WOW! Were they SPICY! Very tasty, & the ranch sauce on the side much needed! If you like spicy, these will be right up your alley!! I ordered the Irish Stew & since it was Curry Fest, my son had Chicken Curry poutine. The stew was a nice big portion, however the beef was not tender at all - actually very chewy & some really fatty bites as well. The sauce didn't taste home made - the taste actually resembled a brown gravy mix & really didn't have much seasoning. My son's poutine - for some reason the entire poutine was covered with more half cooked onions than there were French fries or cheese. & the chicken pieces were small cubes of chicken that almost tasted like boiled chicken. It was not eye pleasing or tasty. What helped a bit was my son dipping his fries in the leftover gravy from my Irish Stew. The place looks amazing, it makes you feel like you're in an Irish pub. Very homey with fantastic service. However, sorry to say, I'm not sure we'll go back to use up the remainder of the gift cards I have. I had such high hopes. EDIT 11/28/24 - My son & I returned & gave it a second shot...& I must say, it was well worth the second chance. We shared the Jalepeno Poppers, they were really good! Just the right amount of kick without being the Buffalo Cauliflower level of spice. My son had Chicken tenders with fries which he really enjoyed. I don't often order a burger from a sit down restaurant but I am so very happy I did! The Orchard Burger, hold the mushrooms... to be exact. Oh my, that had to be one of the best burgers I have eaten. The caramelized onions are truly caramelized, not just fried. Simply delicious! & the home fries, crispy but somehow not greasy. Not to forget the drinks...my new fav is the Seas of the Day & the AMAZING service. You can surely expect me back!! Thank you!!!View more
My absolute favourite pub in the West Island. Service is always A+, food is exceptional & reasonably priced, great kids menu (& family friendly!), & great beer on tap. We always go here with the family, including little kids, & they're welcoming & accommodating. Great kids menu with a tonne of selection, colouring given to all kids, & high chairs available with stroller parking accommodated quite easily. My only gripe is I wish they had a better standard IPA on tap consistently (think a St. Ambroise, or really anything west coast from the area), but that's such a minor quibble.View more
Went for Sunday morning breakfast, food was well served, tasty & well priced. Service was excellent as well. Atmosphere decent (it is a pub), family friendly, dog friendly outside terrace. Will definitely be back!View more
Our go-to pub in the west island. Really good ambience. Perfect place for fish'n chips with a Guinness!View more
This is really a great pub in Point Claire village. I ate there today, along with my girlfriend, & the food was absolutely fabulous!! The service was excellent, & I highly recommend this pub for anybody that is hungry!! We ate the fish & chips & they were cooked to perfection. It is for sure that we will be returning!!View more
it's a typical pub feel, but honestly kind of felt damp when we went. had clearly just been bleached clean so the place had an interesting smell. the service was nice but slow to order... show to get food. didn't bring us water.. had to chase them down to get some. I got the spicy chicken sandwich which was pretty good. friend got fish n chips which he liked. my son got chicken tenders which he enjoyed. the terrace outside seemed nicer but the wasps can be very annoying sometimes... only 2 individual bathrooms for women... had to wait a while.View more

Slip into the laid-back charm of our go-to neighborhood pub, where the drinks are cold, the atmosphere is welcoming, & the good times are always on tap. It's the perfect spot to unwind after a long day or catch up with friends over your choice of beer or drink, making it my favorite go to pub in town.View more
We love coming to the Pub! Our go to brunch spot in the village. We were served by Gabby who is absolutely amazing! We brought our grandfather there who needs extra help & she was exceptional. Thank you so much Gabby for being so welcoming & the great service :).View more
Love this pub - food & atmosphere are great but best of all are the staff!! Always attentive, professional & friendly! If you're lucky enough to have Gabi serving you you can be sure you're in great hands - she'll make sure you have all you need & always with some great craic & a smile!! Great pub food in the Pointe Claire Village. We had the Irish Stew & the Stout-Braised Beef. The stew was enormous & came with nice toasty bread. The braised beef was fork tender & served on creamy mashed potatoes. Great place & ambience for a chilly evening, or even a quick lunch while walking the Village.View more
With my brother in town for Easter weekend, I took him to this pub for lunch. We both ordered fish & chips. The meal was tasty with a nice portion of fish. There are good selections of traditional pub meals as well as brews to satisfy most patrons. Decor is pub style with multiple tvs on. Plenty of seating, clean establishment & great service when we were there. Quick & friendly service. Parking is limited to free lots in & around the area. This review is based on this visit. Would recommend to everyone looking for pub food in the West Island.View more

Fantastic place. Haven't been back in years as I'm now in Ontario but it was at least as good as I remember it. Great atmosphere, pub has lots of character, friendly, great bar staff who have personality. & they still have the braised beef in the pub favourites which I have been wanting to come back for, since the last time I was there. Thanks again. See you soon!View more
