The atmosphere is cozy, with a woody decor and emblems of Ireland. This is a good spot for good times and fun. Sat-Sun there is live Celtic music and Mon-Tue there is live Blues, Jazz, and Pop.

Very cozy place. Standard pub fare is reasonably priced, beer selection somewhat limited but overall place has a very good vibe. Ye is typically crowded in evenings so plan your visit accordingly.
Parking is on a smallish side, but there are public parkings within easy walking distance.

I had the curry poutine, a dish I've had several times here & at the location in St-Sauveur. This is the last time I come here. The food was horrible. The quality of the food went down tremendously. The curry was dark brown & watery when it used to be thick & yellow as it should be. My friend had the Buffalo cauliflower. They were small & they were soggy instead of crispy. I went inside to go to the washroom & it smelled like sewer in the restaurant. The bathroom smelled like pee. The restaurant really lost all of its appeal. I hope the one in St-Sauveur is still good because I never had any complaints there. This was my second disappointment in this location so I've learned my lesson & not coming back.
The warm welcome upon arrival gave us positive energy. The young waitress was kind & polite. The beer tasted very good, & the fish & chips were better than at many other pubs. The terrace area wasn't as nice as the indoor space, but that didn't really matter. Unfortunately, after the food was served, our table didn't get much attention anymore. We wanted to order more cocktails, but we changed our mind because it took too long for the waitress to come back. Overall, it was a good experience.
Superbe terrasse arrière avec chansonnier (répertoire 90-2000), très belle ambiance on se sent en vacances. De loin l'un des meilleurs burgers que j'ai mangé depuis longtemps. On peut marcher vers le fleuve après le repas, c'est très beau. Bon plan pour une sortie romantique 💕.

Nice outdoor area. Food was good. Prices are good. Service was slow. Waited quite a while for just a salad & a club sandwich. Larger group that arrived after us received their food before we did.
On vient souvent par contre je n'avais jamais pris le steak frite. Juste un mot : wow!! Tendre, cuisson parfaite, les frites excellentes. Mon conjoint a pris les bangers & mash. Les saucisses étaient super bonnes, légumes très frais (rien de congelé).
En prime, excellent service. C'était une façon parfaite de terminer la fin de semaine. On reviendra- c'est un de nos spots préférés dans le village de Pointe-Claire.

We went here for lunch on a Saturday & the place was busy.
We started off with the nachos which were really good, everyone dug in the tasty nachos before I could take a picture.
Our table also ordered the fish & chips, salmon & braised beef. Everything was delicious & well cooked. For the salmon, I wish they would've put more of that delicious dill sauce on the plate, but the dish was great.
We had to ask twice to get some glasses of water, but other than that everything was great & we had good service from our waitress.
On a side note for anyone with allergies to fish: the burger patties & some other grilled things are cooked on the same grill as the fish. Our waitress was kind & thoughtful to explain this to us.
We will be back.
Atmosphere loved it. But the lights were dimmed way too low. The food was fantastic. I'm definitely going back to try other new things. 🙂 service was great. Waitress was polite, although I would appreciate it if the next time she told me about the beer sizes because I wanted an order of a 7 dollar beer & ended up paying 10 dollars when I specifically said I wanted the 7 dollar beer but it's okay in all the experience was nice & lovely. I also ordered the blue cheese & bacon burger. & my bf ordered the regular burger, which was very yummy.
Our go-to pub in the west island! We've frequented it for years & every time it's still our home away from home... True to the scenic charm of Pointe-Claire village, the pub's warm atmosphere & exceptional chef have sealed our patronship for years to come... Food is delicious, there's variety, & great happy hour specials!.. The only downside I can think of, is that clearly the waitresses are all in love with us, because why else would they be so nice, smiling & inviting to such a degree... Anna, Ashley, Gabby, Meagan, Beatrice & the others are truly exceptional hosts. We highly recommend!!
