I have never once had a bad experience here. The bartenders have always been friendly & honest. They have also made sure I got home safely by happily calling a cab for me, & also, when I was leaving alone very much in the drink, making sure I got in the cab alone as well.View more

I saw another google review praising the stout braised beef, & had to try it. If I wasn't in a public setting, I would have licked the dish clean; the beef was tender, the brown sauce was delicious, & the mash & veg were cooked well! I ordered an old fashioned to accompany my dinner, which tend to be hit or miss depending on the establishment. These folks hit the mark. Wonderful dinner & drinks. The atmosphere is casual & friendly, the staff are a pleasure to deal with, & I would encourage everyone considering a visit to take the plunge. I'll certainly be returning during my next stay in Montreal. Cheers!View more
