This vietnamese restaurant is famous for the Cha Cá La Vong ( grilled fish & dill) & Bánh Tôm ( shrimp cake with julienne sweet potatoes) & for the happiness of diners, the quality is still there intact

The restaurant smells like old socks, armpits & wet shoes. The food was ok. The service was horrible. The cashier was really rude. He screamed & yelled at us & told us to never come back because we tipped him 13% instead of 15%
I was ready to pay 15% tip with my card but the restaurant doesn't accept credit card. I recommend the restaurant across from them (Pho Tay Ho)
