Dans l'ensemble, Wok Cafe Kirkland se présente comme une adresse historique qui propose des plats chinois connus comme la soupe wonton, le poulet citron et le boeuf au sésame, avec des portions généreuses et un bon rapport qualité prix, un personnel sympathique, un parking pratique et une ambiance adaptée aux discussions d'affaires dans l'ouest de l'île, mais la qualité peut varier d'une semaine à l'autre, ce n'est pas de la haute gastronomie et certaines commandes peuvent être sèches ou trop cuites, le service peut être inégal et l'intérieur peut être froid les jours d'hiver; les plats à emporter restent une option fiable et beaucoup de clients y voient un choix solide dans le quartier.
Beau petit restaurant ! Le repas était excellent & un service rapide & courtois ! L'ambiance est parfait pour s'échanger d'affaires ! Parking accessible !
Wok Cafe came through! Originally headed to Pho Binh but they were closed, so tried this spot. Wonton soup was delicious! Lemon chicken & sesame beef hit the spot. Of course they fill you up with a side of rice & veggies. Beats Maison Kam (West Island's other Chinese spot I've tried) hands down!
Quality in this place has decreased overtime. I've been a patron for years & can clearly have witnessed how portions are getting smaller & poorly served. The Tao chicken is nothing but a couple small pieces filled with rice & the Chow Mein comes with 2-3 tiny pieces of beef & the rest just noodles & veggies to fill in for it for the same price-I won't order again.
Without any exaggeration this has literally been the sixth order in a row that has not arrived correctly at my home. Either allergy warnings have been ignored & I have been delivered food I cannot eat & then I call back to have my actual food delivered & wait 2 hours or 3 hours. Paying over $100 per order & have not eaten anything in 3 hours. Please avoid this restaurant at all costs
They never get your order right & if you call to complain by the time they get back to your house with your food your children will be already fast asleep in bed. Again at the highest warning avoid this restaurant at all costs.

The food & service is ok & typically standard for chinese food in the west island. The quality can vary from week to week. But this is not fine dining...you get fairly large portions for the price...stay away from family meal options...order a la carte. Dont go on cold winter days as the temperature inside the eatery is uncomfortably low. Staff are dressed in heavy pullovers & puffy vests....
Ordered General Tao which I often do & enjoy however, this time it was dry & hard to chew. When I went back the next time for another order, I mentioned that my last order of General Tao was very dry & now the norm, the person at the counter said it had been over cooked & just walked away. Staff usually friendly but was rude this time. Others have similar complaints lately.
This restaurant has been around for quite a while. We still miss the salt & pepper pork ribs from time to time. The service has always been great, & the food quality has always been consistent & delicious.
Wok Cafe is one of my go to Chinese restaurants in the West Island. The price is good & the portions are fair. I always end up taking the rest home with me. The staff is also friendly.
