Festin complètement débile chez Willies Barbeque! On est venus pour goûter à un peu de tout, mais le brisket vole carrément le show. Sérieusement, un des meilleurs qu'on a mangés. Ultra juteux, tendre à souhait, fumé à la perfection, avec un magnifique smoke ring pis une croûte poivrée complètement folle. Ça fond dans la bouche. Pis la poutine? Tout aussi incroyable. Les frites frisées sont parfaitement croustillantes, la sauce est riche & savoureuse, pis le fromage en grains est bien fondant. Chaque bouchée était un pur bonheur.
Gros merci à notre serveur Oliver pour son service impeccable. Super accueillant, attentif, toujours de bonne humeur pis vraiment sympathique du début à la fin. Il a rendu l'expérience encore meilleure. Entre ce brisket de feu, cette poutine complètement décadente pis un service A1, c'est certain qu'on revient. Gros cinq étoiles, je recommande les yeux fermés! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Nous sommes venus un mardi soir chez Willies BBQ & quelle belle expérience! Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été accueillis avec le sourire, mais c'est surtout notre serveur, Olivier, qui a rendu notre soirée mémorable.
Il nous a recommandé le fameux **« All Gas No Brakes »** (en promo à 50%!!) & je peux confirmer que le nom lui va à merveille! Il n'a jamais ralenti de toute la soirée. À lui seul, il semblait contrôler toute la salle avec une énergie impressionnante, tout en restant attentif à chacun de ses clients.
Côté nourriture, le brisket est tout simplement le meilleur que j'ai mangé en ville, & les crevettes cajun étaient absolument délicieuses. Tout était parfaitement exécuté.
Au-delà de l'excellente cuisine, c'est surtout la qualité du service qui mérite d'être soulignée. Attentionné, personnalisé, drôle & chaleureux : exactement le genre de service qu'on recherche aujourd'hui. Ça faisait longtemps que je n'avais pas vécu une expérience aussi agréable dans un restaurant.
Un immense merci à Olivier ainsi qu'à toute l'équipe de Willies BBQ. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter!

That smoked brisket & those curly fries were a win, but let's be real, I was the best thing in the room tonight. The Cards won, the food was solid, & now I am just waiting for a cute guy to say hello & see what he's missing.
First time & we loved it. We went on a sat night & the atmosphere was great. They have big screens all over. It was busy but once we placed our orders & we were a table of 11 the food came quickly. Everyone enjoyed their meals. The big stand outs were the ribs & the brisket. Its a great place for groups also. We really enjoyed ourselves. We will be back
Nous sommes venus un jeudi soir chez Willies pour regarder le match du Canada, installés au bar. Honnêtement, nous ne savions pas trop à quoi nous attendre, mais quelle belle surprise!
Le plateau à partager était délicieux & le brisket était tout simplement sublime. Chaque bouchée était savoureuse.
Un énorme merci au barman, Olivier, pour ses excellentes recommandations, son service attentionné & surtout son sens de l'humour. Il a rendu notre soirée encore plus agréable.

What a experience… from the beginning till the end, me & my wife got there house made drinks which were extremely refreshing & savoury following the drinks came the Mac & cheese then the smash burger & 1lb brisket( & don't get me started on their fries & salads & slaw for once a place that understands what coating every piece of green in a salad there not cheap with the dressings) & to finish off a key lime pie. I must say from the drinks that we got were 10/10 the Mac & cheese 10/10 best Mac & cheese I've eaten at a restaurant hands down. I will say it again their smash burgers has to be the best smash burger I've eaten & that's to say I've tried a lot of the smash burgers here including mange dans mon hood which is now a top 5 best smash burger according to a recent article, with confidence I can say the smash burger from Willie's beats it no comparison.. & the brisket I was a huge fan of flat jack there still decent but Willie's brisket is top tier even after I've had my few shares with other smoke houses selling brisket, & the dessert was the mic drop key lime pie that was unexplainable for how decadent it was. All to say don't hesitate don't think it go to Willie's barbecue the staff & owners are amazing people & they serve you incredibly fast hats off to the team they got something serious going on… a true real threat to any smoke house in Quebec easily… we will be back more often than what we expect.
Came from out of town for a concert. Food & service was excellent! Thanks Camille! Had the shared classic platter between my wife & I. Ribs, brisket & pulled pork was yummy 😋.
It was horrible, service was extremely slow. It took 10 minutes to get a glass of water & then another 15 minutes before waiter came to take our order. Then it took 25 minutes for the food to arrive...I had the brisket sandwich which I took one bite of & left the rest. VERY DISAPPOINTING!
