Awful experience. The girls behind the counter do not care whatsoever about getting your order. They just keep on talking with each other, completely ignoring that theres people waiting to order. & once you do get to order, they act as if you've inconvenienced them. They also got our order wrong. Despite me coming quite frequently, it will be my last time ever coming to this place.

I saw all the bad reviews & was reluctant to try this place, but I did & I have no idea why so many bad reviews!! Maybe they have changed for the better. The staff were so friendly & very fast at making my drink! I got a peach fruit tea with tapioca & no sugar, still tons of flavour & the tapioca was perfectly soft & chewy & had the perfect taste. I'm Asian & drink a lot of bubble tea from Toronto, this was a 10/10.

Came 10 minutes before closing, they already closed every item & told me they had nothing left. It was very obvious they did not want to serve until the last minutes & lied about not having any ingredients
