1hr & 20 min. to receive food, missing food ordered & recieved food that was half of what it was 2 weeks ago. hoping they did not throw the food they requested to send back. was our absolute favorite place to order from. will need to think 2 before ordering again. did not even offer anything to appolagies for this disaster. things happen but keep your client happy & satisfied is the number 1. to keeping clients coming back. dropped the ball this time.
20 minutes d'attente pour recevoir une bambino , pas de fromage grillé.. la pizza a été cuite & remis dans le fourneau & on remis pour une 2e du fromage & 2 fois au four.. le dessous beaucoup trop grillé & le dessus juste fondu.. ça laisse à désiré une pizza comme celle-là. décevant

the Pizza is ok
last week they forgot 3 soft drinks the driver had to come back ..today
We received our order sub was missing the sauce wry dry no taste & the Meat was all burnt felt like a waste of money !😡😤
Pizza delivered & paid for, looked like someone already started eating it. Since we were not going to eat it, we called to complain & they sent another one. We were all expecting the same size pizza but they sent us a smaller one kind of insulting. We sent both pizzas back (wasted money) & ended up going to McDonalds. A week later chef sent a driver with a $25 certificate (i spent over $30 that day) but still accusing us. We ordered from there at least 2-3 a week for last couple of years & this is the thank you we got. I found the $25 gift certificate to be an insult & refused it. Plenty of other restaurants & chefs/owners who actually appreciate their customers.
