Pizza delivered and paid for, looked like someone already started eating it. Since we were not going to eat it, we called to complain and they sent another one. We were all expecting the same size pizza but they sent us a smaller one kind of insulting. We sent both pizzas back (wasted money) and ended up going to McDonalds. A week later chef sent a driver with a $25 certificate (i spent over $30 that day) but still accusing us. We ordered from there at least 2-3 a week for last couple of years and this is the thank you we got. I found the $25 gift certificate to be an insult and refused it. Plenty of other restaurants and chefs/owners who actually appreciate their customers.
