Been eating Vimont Pizza at least twice a year (mostly deliveries) for about 12 years. Always loved their pizzas & poutines. Of course, like any other restaurants these days, they got cheaper with ingredients. But that's definitely not the reason for my review today.

We were 4 people. My daughter took one poutine. My husband took a small pizza & a large poutine. The waitress made a face, looked at him, & made a comment about how it was a lot of food & that he should take a small poutine, that it would be enough?! Who are you to judge the quantity of food he wants to eat? That was totally disrespectful & unacceptable.

But that's not the worse part. My daughter & I wanted to share pasta, because we would eat with my husband some of the poutine. They charged us 3,45$ for'sharing fee'?!! We still had 4 meals (remember, according to her my husband is a big pork because he took a whole pizza & a large poutine?!). How does that make sense? If we would've shared a pizza, we would had to pay a sharing fee too?!! That's unbelievable.

The person in line for paying in front of us complained about the sharing fee. The boss told him he should had complained to the waitress?! What?! Why the waitress would be the one taking shit from customers for an administrative decision? After seeing that, I felt bad for the waitress & still gave her a decent tip, even if I was upset about the comment, because I legitimately fell bad for her. She's for sure getting lots of hate from customers because of that unreasonable administrative decision.

Shame on you. You lost another loyal customer, joining the many we are seeing lately in the Google reviews of the past year.

Vimont Pizza: I sincerely hope the owner will take this comment seriously - over all food quality is AMAZING. I have ordered twice the Poutine Italian Vimont - this COULD BE the BEST poutine in ALL of Laval, The sauce, cheese, bacon & onions are all absolutely PERFECT in quality & quantity. except for ONE THING: THE FRIES KILL THIS POUTINE. they taste like Frozen fries & are often very DRY & taste stale. As a very hopeful & decently satisfied customer, I truly hope you will change the fries you use. Otherwise 5 stars 🤩

J'ai mangé à ce restaurant depuis plus de 30 ans ...ça déjà été la meileure pizza en ville ...mais là désolé ....La sauce à pizza goutait l'eau...la sauce à poutine orange & sucrée ...on dirait qu'ils mettent du ketchup dedans. En tous cas , je suis très déçu. Par contre le service était impeccable

The decor of the restaurant is very nice. It's new it's clean & it's inviting. The staff are very kind & friendly. My only concern is the food. The pizza was amazing on the other & the pasta weren't that good. The pasta was soggy & the sauce was lacking in taste ( ravioli sauce rosée) i also ordered a poutine & i didn't like it that much . It wasn't bad it was just lacking in the taste department.

La pizza manque de goût malgré sa belle apparence pas comme vlà 15 ans !!!! La sauce à poutine est vraiment bonne dommage que c'est du fromage râpé!

La meilleure pizza! Oui elle est plus chère & elle en vaut la peine une fois de temps en temps. La poutine est également délicieuse, si d'échanger le fromage en grain pour de la mozarella râpée n'est pas un sacrilège! Bon appétit! 😀

The Pizza is AMAZING!!! If you're Gen X or older, this is "Real Pizza" Perfect crust! Perfect tomato sauce! Generous LAYERS of thinly sliced Pepperoni, green peppers, mushrooms & topped with gooey goodness of cheese. Steak subs(my fave sub is AD/No pep) contain generous portion of LEAN beef 😋 Poutines are amazing, Clubs are amazing. Only thing I'm disappointed is that they took smokes meat of the menu because they made those great too. Vimont is what Montreal Deli food used to be like before the cult of 2 for 1 🤢. It is a little pricy but what isn't nowadays It's a "treat" for me, I order Vimont when I want to treat myself to deliciousness! 😋😋😋😋😋
