Been eating Vimont Pizza at least twice a year (mostly deliveries) for about 12 years. Always loved their pizzas & poutines. Of course, like any other restaurants these days, they got cheaper with ingredients. But that's definitely not the reason for my review today.
We were 4 people. My daughter took one poutine. My husband took a small pizza & a large poutine. The waitress made a face, looked at him, & made a comment about how it was a lot of food & that he should take a small poutine, that it would be enough?! Who are you to judge the quantity of food he wants to eat? That was totally disrespectful & unacceptable.
But that's not the worse part. My daughter & I wanted to share pasta, because we would eat with my husband some of the poutine. They charged us 3,45$ for'sharing fee'?!! We still had 4 meals (remember, according to her my husband is a big pork because he took a whole pizza & a large poutine?!). How does that make sense? If we would've shared a pizza, we would had to pay a sharing fee too?!! That's unbelievable.
The person in line for paying in front of us complained about the sharing fee. The boss told him he should had complained to the waitress?! What?! Why the waitress would be the one taking shit from customers for an administrative decision? After seeing that, I felt bad for the waitress & still gave her a decent tip, even if I was upset about the comment, because I legitimately fell bad for her. She's for sure getting lots of hate from customers because of that unreasonable administrative decision.
Shame on you. You lost another loyal customer, joining the many we are seeing lately in the Google reviews of the past year.
Depuis 1976 que je connais le restaurant Vimont, ca toujours été la meilleure pizza pour moi. Dans la période de la pandémie la dimension de la small a diminuer, j'ai aucun probleme avec ca, ca été difficile pour beaucoup de commerce, mais la quantité d'ingrédients étaient aussi généreuses, hier j'ai commander une pizza....... je dirais que ma pizza avait plus de pâte que d'ingrédients & ce n'est pas la premiere fois, ce qui avait toujours fait la réputation du restaurant Vimont ca toujours été leurs pizza BIEN garnie.......SVP revenez avec une pizza bien garnie en indrédients......ne faites pas l'erreur de d'autres pizzeria.
I recently visited Vimont pizza restaurant & overall had a decent experience. The pizza was definitely generous in toppings & the ingredients were fresh, which I appreciated. However, despite the good portion & quality, I felt that the price was a bit too high for what I received. The value just didn't fully match the cost. It's still a good spot if you're craving a well-loaded pizza, but in my opinion, it doesn't quite deserve the price paid.

First time eating at Vimont Pizza. The All Dressed Medium size (14') pizza was very good but on the pricey side but larger than most other pizza shops.
We were two, but they cut the Pizza in 4 & brought to the table on four plates. Different style for sure.
Restaurant was clean & bright, & service was excellent & friendly, even during the supper rush.
The only reason I didn't give 5 stars over all, is because they only take credit or cash, no debit, although they do have an ATM.
For the food, I only gave 4 stars, is because the dough is run through a machine to make it flat. Ingredients on the Pizza were excellent.
J'ai mangé avec ma famille au restaurant Vimont Pizza & c'était réellement la meilleure pizza que j'ai mangé au Québec...! Elle a déclassée celle que j'avais aussi adorée au restaurant l'O2 L'Île sur l'Île d'Orléans. Tout simplement incroyable la quantité d'ingrédient sur leur pizza, c'est un vrai délice! Je vais revenir souvent c'est officiel!

Cela fait plus de 25 ans que je commande la pizza de ce restaurant. Toujours trouvé que c'était la meilleure au goût & que la pizza était généreuse en ingrédients…. sauf que depuis les dernières années ça un peu diminué, le goût se perd & surtout ils ont coupés en quantités pour l'épaisseur des ingrédients dessus. Un peu déçu maintenant. C'est bon, mais pas aussi bon que ça déja été. & soyez patient, pour la livraison c'est plus d'une heure que j'ai attendu les dernières fois.

The crust is just the right balance of crispy & soft, & the toppings are always generous & delicious. You can tell the ingredients are top quality, which makes a big difference in taste. The owner, Peter, is fantastic-he clearly cares about his customers & goes out of his way to make sure everyone has a great experience. He's friendly, welcoming, & passionate about his business, which you can see in every detail. It feels like visiting family every time I stop by!
