I loved both noodle dishes we got. Braised beef noodles & braised sauce noodles. The braised sauce noodles was made with a ramen like noodle, thin yet super bouncy & chewy! So addictive to eat. The braised beef noodles were made with these amazing thick noodles almost like udon but chewier.
The dumplings we got were the beef, onions & cheese dumplings. I wanted to try something new & I wasn't disappointed. The skin was not too thick, it was full of juice I mean it was squirting everywhere if you aren't careful with how you bite it & the cheese flavour wasn't strong at all! If my eyes were closed I would have thought I was eating xiao long bao. This will be my new go to spot for beef noodles & dumplings.
Total for all three dishes were $52 after tax, $61 with tip. What a deal!

Les dumplings & le beef noodle sont excellents. Les prix sont très abordables & les propriétaires très gentilles! Nous commandons presque chaque semaine, je recommande chaudement.
Perfectly chewy noodles in a refreshing, tangy broth. Toppings like crunchy cucumber, kimchee, tender egg, & savory beef added fantastic layers of texture & taste. The subtle kick of spice tied it all together. Incredibly refreshing yet satisfying! Pure delicious!
I recently tried their new Cold Noodles (Naengmyeon), & it completely exceeded my expectations! The dish was incredibly refreshing - the broth was chilled & flavorful, making it perfect for a hot summer day.
The noodles were chewy & satisfying, topped with fresh cucumber, cilantro, tomato, savory sliced beef, kimchi, & a perfectly seasoned half egg. Everything was balanced just right - spicy, tangy, & cool at the same time.
It's not easy to find a cold noodle dish that's both light & filling, but this one hit the mark. I'll definitely be coming back for this again. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a delicious & refreshing meal during the warmer months
You should definitely try their beef noodles - right amount of spice - the noodles are nice & chewy, & the broth with chili oil is absolutely delicious. It's a hidden gem in the region. if you're a fan of Lanzhou-style noodles, you'll love it. I'm so glad Uber Eats led me to discover this place & I hope it gets the recognition it deserves soon
