Since 1988 we specialize in the production of apples, blueberries and maple syrup. Armed with expertise and in love with the land, we decided to acquire the Vergers Hillspring in 2013 and embark on this great and great adventure.
This orchard, one of the most recognized in the Franklin region, has offered high quality products for over 40 years. Our bistro and our hot donuts will please young and old!

Délicieux, tout était parfait. Nous avons adoré la convivialité & surtout le côté plus familial de cette cabane à sucre. Le prix est juste quant
à la qualité des différents repas & la formule à volonté est apprécié. C'était notre première visite & certainement pas la dernière. Par contre, étant notre première visite j'aurais aimer qu'on s'en informe & qu'on nous explique un peu le fonctionnement du service. Nous y retournerons assurément.
Très bonne bouffe! Tout le staff est très avenant & poli. Grand stationnement. Activités pour les enfants. Très beau site bien entretenu. Petit bémol: Un accès limité, par des cordes par exemple, devrait être mis en place pour accéder à la caisse. Trop de gens arrivent en même temps. Devrait peut-être fonctionné comme au resto. Heure spécifique pour chaque réservation. Des chariots seraient peut-être plus utiles pour apportez la nourriture & desservir les tables au lieu du modèle buffet. La nourriture pourrait être mise sur les tables directement au centre pour les convives qui se serviraient eux-mêmes. Beaucoup de manutention par la clientèle au service de buffet. Beaucoup de va & vient par la clientèle. Des crochets pourraient être mis au mur pour y accrocher nos vêtements. Les supports à l'entrée sont beaucoup trop loin de la clientèle.
Nous sommes toujours très heureux d'y retourner. La nourriture est excellente & les employés sont très aimables. La disposition des différents plats est fonctionnelle & facile d'accès. Merci encore pour une expérience agréable.
What a wonderful experience! Highly recommend this place. The food was delicious with plenty of choices including salad bar & dessert bar. The only negative comment was that the soup was not properly cooked (soup was watery & not creamy & peas were hard) Will definitely return !!! Staff were friendly & helpful 👍🏻⭐️
