Since 1988 we specialize in the production of apples, blueberries and maple syrup. Armed with expertise and in love with the land, we decided to acquire the Vergers Hillspring in 2013 and embark on this great and great adventure.
This orchard, one of the most recognized in the Franklin region, has offered high quality products for over 40 years. Our bistro and our hot donuts will please young and old!

La nourriture est excellente & de très bonne qualité. Nos papilles on été choyés. Le personnel est très gentil aussi. Bravo à votre équipe. Il ne manque qu'une petite ambiance de cabane à sucre & un peu plus d'espace. & ce serait un 5 étoiles.

The owners & the whole staff made us feel welcomed. The whole family enjoyed themselves. We will most certainly return next year.
Endroit très propre & convivial pour petits groupes, familles & amis. Mets délicieux & varies. Il faudrait mentionner que c'est la formule "buffet" où on se sert soit-même comme à la cafétéria qui pourrait être difficile pour des personnes âgées. À noter qu'il y a de grands bancs qu'il faut enjamber pour s'asseoir. Chaises hautes disponibles pour bébés.

Clean place with good food. Take note this is a self-service "all-you-can-eat " buffet so it can be a challenge for older people or with disabilities. Also seating is on long benches & it may be difficult for some. Clean restrooms & free parking on the premises.
Bien déçue. La nourriture manquait clairement de goût! Les oeufs & les fèves au lard goûtaient l'eau & le bacon était bcp trop gras & trop salé. On voulait se servir des patates une deuxième fois & surprise! Tout avait disparu! Buffet où tu dois te lever & te servir donc bcp de circulation & ce n'est pas toujours évident avec ma mère + âgée. Pour les desserts: queue de castor avec milieu pas cuit & il y avait une longue file de gens qui attendent pour ça! Pour les breuvages, je me suis levée pour voir où & comment payer pour en avoir. Le personnel est bête & pas si invitant! Aucun service aux tables ( manquait des ustensiles, sirop etc) pis ils demandent du pourboire en plus!!Ça nous a coûté 200$ pour être déçues. Première & dernière fois pour nous!
