Je suis heureux d'avoir trouvé un restaurant ouïghour. Étant donné que je mange cette cuisine depuis tout petit, cela m'avait vraiment manqué. J'ai pris le Laghman VIP, avec des mantis & du thé salé au lait (ainsi que du ayran). Cuisine vraiment délicieuse.

While the menu isn't extensive, each item is packed with taste & clearly crafted with care. The standout is the rich, authentic seasoning that sets it apart from more mainstream offerings. Like many other Uyghur restaurants, however, the wait time can be long-main dishes typically start arriving about 45 minutes after ordering. That said, the food is well worth the wait.
